I paid money into my daughter's account to pay off her debt. We got a letter saying my daughter still owed money! The stupid man at CSS wouldn't answer a simple question. Has the debt been settled? He wouldn't answer. So cross!

worst worst worst company ever, they collected vodafone money from me but they didn't let vodafone know about that, so vodafone is still ruining my credit score more than 50 points. I want to give them 00000 star. you deserve 5 zero star

I'm not sure how these folks are still operating. They claimed to be representing Vodafone and told me there was an outstanding amount but refused to provide any proof of the amount after several requests, telling me to ask Vodafone for it instead.

I received a letter from this company saying that Sky were due £11.37p from myself. 100% incorrect. I have sent this company a snip of the email I get from Sky saying my complaint has now been closed. I have MANY emails from sky over this issue, also many calls, from Jack, think the only one who knew how to handle my case. CCS Collect want these emails, they can get them.

It is pathetic. I know this is a small amount but it has been resolved by Sky, as it went on for many many weeks with them. It is the principal not the small amount.

I phoned CCSCollect to try to resolve an outstanding debt for my friend. The man who answered, Martin Peacock, was very helpful and knowledgeable. As a result of his clear advice I was able to submit the correct information to the company in the right way to hopefully resolve the issue.

Multiple letters and emails can never get hold of them when I try to call the online portal is a joke. First attempt did not work the 2nd attempt it took me 20 minutes

Called to discuss an issue with my special needs son being charged incorrectly by Anytime Fitness, put on hold for over 43 mins!!!! Promised to be put through to customer services...never happened!

CCSCOLLECT are chasing me for a "debt" from a well documented Health and Safety free trial scam by Agora Business Publications.
This company cannot have any credibility by dealing with these crooks.

I called up today regarding a letter received. Renee was very kind and understanding. She listened and agreed to put my account on hold while giving me instructions to follow. I feel at ease that she was understanding as we all know it can get very stressful with letters like this. I feel less anxious and stressed.

Another debt company thinking they can harass you daily and bully you into paying, not a chance! You will not be getting a penny from me you SCUM!

This are crucks, they will send you letters and scarry things but are illegal and the usual 1man band just sending letters here and there. ask for tribunal documents if you get contacted they will disappear

I am currently dealing with debt collection agencies due to a person who briefly stayed at my property and have found it all very frightening, I spoke with Shurbya today who reassured me above and beyond that this would not impact on me. Pay rise for Shurbya! I will actually be able to sleep tonight after his professional but empathetic advice .Amanda

Worst company going had me on hold for 2 hours then asked for a phone no when I went to confirm it said that option is not recognised tried 3 times This company needs seriously investigating by the ombudsman last time they gave me a link that was not valid

OMG! How this company collects any payments is beyond me!
I have been on hold for longer than I have been speaking to anyone. I've been asked 2 questions and instead of hearing the full story, I've been put on hold after each answer.
After I was told that if I uploaded LPA they could assist me, but the second person I spoke to couldn't help!
When I asked to speak to a supervisor there wasn't one available.
Don't get your hopes up for a positive reply from anyone at CCS.

CCS keep contacting me about a Sky Bill. It’s for the wrong person. I’ve never even had Sky. Despite me phoning up and explaining that they are contacting the wrong person and being assured that they will update their records, the phone calls continue. Absolute disgrace.

Was miss-informed several times by different service reps (I use that term sparingly) that have no idea what they are talking about. 2 weeks later after payment was made, the issue is still not resolved. CCS blaming Vodafone, Vodafone blaming CCS. Absolute shambles. Can't get through to CCS complaints on the phone either. Hope you don't have to deal with these clowns.

These people are paid to scare you, they have no power at all to enforce anything as illegal for them to approach you and demand any payment. Payment enforcement should be requested only by a tribunal so do not bother. They are scammers and usually work for other scammers, who else can request their service? Please do report this to the police if contacted by them as finally may shoot them

Trying to sort something for my 16 year old son

I have been sending emails and trying to get through since beginning of january to solve a problem. They don't answer emails wait ages on phone then have to leave number. When they dophone back end up putting the phone down. Dreadful service

in my opinion this lot are absolute scum.Lying ,two faced bullys who prey on the weak and vulnerable.Snide ridden sadistic slime.They tell you that they have stopped bullying you and then shortly after you get one of their threatening communications...followed by another......

This company keeps sending threatening letters about a debt that does not exist; I have never had a Tesco Mobile account and Tesco have no record of anything in my name. I suspect unethical practices and I am extremely suspicious of this company CCSCOLLECT
