BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE PLEASE READ Product came and didn't fit my 07 Road King, front over hung the gas tank by 3 1/2 inches and the two up back seat rocked left to right unstable and dangerous. I took it off immediately, then I wrote them immediately and didn't get a return email for 5 days, jerked me off about how that 4" overlapping the gas tank was normal (NOT) and the rocking shouldn't pose a problem. Another week later the sent me a email telling me they would accept the return but wouldn't pay shipping. Shipping back cost me $135.10 USPS , UPS was the same due to the size of the box. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, do not buy from this vendor.

To whom it may concern, I am returning the seat. I find it ridiculous, that you don't accept a product back that did not and does not fit the bike properly, " as in like it was made or the bike" This is a seat that didn't fit that description. The front of the seat overhangs gas tank by 3 and half inches and the back was unstable, left to right. The return cost me $135.10  USPS tracking #9534 6161 6907 5035 9536 14, I will be posting the situation and cost to return so people will beware of dealing with you.  If the seat you sent me is a example of the quality of your product, mediocre at best. A bad online provider. I will be posting this on all my social media sites and sharing with my bike club. Have a nice day.

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. An absolute joke of a company. Seat is in warranty but won’t sort it. Hardly ever reply to my emails, and they won’t let me leave a bad review on their website. Absolutely disgraceful service, stay well away.

A cheap chineese import l could of got at half the price . All they are doing is sending cheap seats from Ali Express no CcRider branding just order a seat from China and post it to you . No support at all , be surprised if this thing lasts 6mnths what a con

Terrible customer service all they do is say we are to help but don’t actually offer to help. If you purchase from them and your seat actually arrives and has no issues then they seem fine but in terms of assistance to customers who haven’t received or have issues they are a joke. Really dissatisfied

This is an update dated 10/10/2022 I have now received the seat and it doesn’t fit.

Please save your money don’t buy one or be prepared to modify it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Cheap quality. Doesn't even fit the bike right. Seats are not as advertised. Returns can't happen when they never reply and don't have a number to call. Customer service is nonexistent. Just an atrocious experience. I know someone who ordered literally months ago, still doesn't have his seat and can't get a reply. This is ridiculous.
