Ordered a nearly 600 quid chair, wasnt told they dont stock them it comes from chillblast but whatever, gave me a generic tracking number that goes nowhere, phoned them many many times and they say they dont have tracking and the company they ordered from dont have tracking, was supposed to be here 2 days ago and still nothing

Absolutely useless customer service

Bought a new msi motherboard from ccl computers to build a new system to replace my old one.
As always the prices are very competitive and delivery and overall service is second to none.

good price and prompt delivery as promised can't fault CCL at all

Quick delivery! I put my order through exactly on the cut off time, I called to ask if I made it or not, and the lad on the phone took the time to check with the relevant departments that it would get dispatched that same day, rather than just assuming it would. And it did!

I was let down by another company who took my order (and full payment) only to inform me after several days and me making enquiries that they were unable to supply the goods. I came across CCL advertising the same Ilyama Monitor at roughly the same price. I had to ring and rearrange a delivery date due to being away and the product turned up promptly on the date that I'd requested. Excellent service

Kept the motherboard for weeks, said nothing, When I said, 'Look you've had it so long it's not even that currenat anymore, I'd prefer a refund' hey just sent it back to me and it still doesn't work, so if they tested it successfully, what didd they do? Even when I put a Ryzen9 with GPU in it it doesn't boot! £460 down the drain and no help whatsoever! When I asked them what happened they just sent me the despatch label in a photo?? USELESS!

They have been my go to for parts but after several customer service problems I think I'll stop using them.
They are so slow to respond and their returns policy isn't acceptable. They refuse to arrange collection of faulty items. You are forced to drop them off at a pickup location. I explained I can't as my working hours don't allow me to do this but they just don't care. Their website is awful, there's no way to look back at orders from last year so how can you return items that have no record? They are also slow to post, I ordered items that were in stock at time of order, but obviously became out of stock so my whole order was suspended for several days. They never once contacted me to explain this or offered to send the bits that were in stock.

Easy to use website and build options for custom pc builds with clear pricing.
Good email updates.
CCL pj's last with excellent build quality with my last pc lasting 10 years.

Replaced microsoft keboard and mouse combo with cherry combo.
Supplied by CCL in very quick time.
Just the sort of service I needed.

Ordered my pc with CCL and the experience was absolutely amazing, even when I had issues from my side they did everything they could to assist me, the product itself is set at an incredibly reasonable price, the customer support is truly top tier, I can’t recommend the company enough!

My first time buying from CCL and I'm glad I did, I bought the moza long CRP2 throttle pedal plate for £17.99 and the CRP2 performance kit for £14.99, everywhere else wanted £19.99 and it was on back order and £24.99 for the throttle plate, and next day delivery, would definitely recommend looking on the site while doing your research and who knows you just might get it cheaper like myself 👍

I am a very happy customer of CCL Computers. This is the second Desktop PC, that I have bought from them and I am very impressed. The HORIZON Ryzen 5 with RTX 5070 is a very beautiful computer and works very well and I am a big fan of Air Cooling and the CPU is running at a much lower temperature and that means the large Air Cooling Unit is working. Games are running very well at the moment, thanks.

Finding the item, ordering and paying via the website was easy. I picked it up from their site the next morning with no problem at all.
