I would give 0 stars if I could do not purchase from here they are scammers I ordered over a month ago and my order still says processing I have contacted them on everything and not had a single reply .now going to have to go through the trouble of calling my bank to get a charge back

Order a chain off of there website and payed.
Waited nearly a week no chain so I phone up we will pass it to customer services no message or phone call,so I phone again then wait for a response .which comes quickly they have taken the money for something they haven’t got.!!!If I hadn’t phoned who knows how long it would have taken for someone to contact me….now waiting for a refund fingers crossed.

The maker of Battery chargers for Motorhomes/ Caravans. My on/off button stopped working. I removed it from the circuit board. Emailed the Italian company and asked for a replacement that I was willing to pay for incl postage. It was out of warranty. I presume the cost would be about 5 or so euros plus postage. I got an email back. They do not sell parts for them even though they have them. They said go to the original Seller/Dealer. They do not have parts as they are a motor home/ caravan dealer. They said go to the manufacturer. Which I did. So now I have a useless £250.00 dedicated charger needing a 5 euro part. Forcing me to pay another £250.00 for a new one. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Buy from an English company or another Company who will supply parts.
