Unreliable company

Unreliable company! Poor communication, and no updates or responses from customer service when you ask critical questions. If you're critical, they simply stop replying! I placed an order of over €200 worth of clothing, which was never delivered, and I never received any response from their support. A disgraceful company with no idea how to handle overseas shipments!

Cayred has poor customer service (for refunding)

I purchased an article of clothing in July 2025 for $61.99 (not including shipping).
The item (V-Neck Green Jumpsuit) didn't fit well on my body as well as didn't look right for me, so I went to their website to find out how to go about returning the item for a refund.

The instructions were not exactly clear as how to contact "customer service" so I had to fish for the correct emails. No phone number was available. No chat was available either.

After successfully contacting them, the next series of email replies were from Cayred - basically offering me everything except what I wanted (my money refunded). Note that in EVERY email reply the thread deleted my email sent to them.

"Do you accept exchanging for other size?"

"We are willing to give you $ 8 as compensation. Can you keep the order?"

"We can refund you USD$18 as compensation, could you kindly keep the order? If the clothes are returned, the freight will be borne by yourself. "

"We will refund you USD$30 as compensation, could you keep the order?
If you insist on returning, this is the return address: No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571. Once you send , please give us the return tracking number. We will refund the money after receiving the package."

Meanwhile, I know the package shipped to my house from within the US. I finally discussed with my husband and we decided to settle on $30, rather than send it to Dubai (LOL) for a shipping price of $20.

What a ridiculous and petty game!

In summary, Cayred doing this lost a customer. They had my money and decided to play this game. Note that I did get to keep the item (useless) and got half my money back - but I will tell you to avoid using this company. They are not good at all with customer service. Smoke and Mirrors tactics service, back and forth, nickel and diming tactics - rather than straight/honest and fast service.

I highly do not recommend this business.

Poor quality, poor sizing

I received an email saying my order had been delivered, it had not. I did not receive it until weeks after following a text to the company. By the time I received my outfit, the event I wanted it for was over. I later tried it on and it was terrible: the two pieces are made out of different material, so the colors are slightly different even though it is supposed to be the same color top and bottom. And the size was ridiculous! It was 2 sizes too small. By now, it is more than 30 days past the order date, so this outfit is all mine! I will never order from this company again!

Not Happy

I initially indicated I was not happy, but it wouldn't let me indicate why. I then selected happy and gave it 1 star to respond. It should be 0 stars. The item fit everywhere except the chest. I am not chesty at all, but it was made for someone with NO chest at all. I have reached out to customer service several times with NO RESPONSE. Buy elsewhere, as in local, not here.

The item was awful

The item was awful. Fits terrible, fabric is awful and not what I expected. I wanted a full refund ($70) but was given an $18 refund.

The person I emailed was very nice and responded very quickly.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They do not refund money for returns. I was offered $18 for a $98 purchase. The items are cut small in the chest and over large in the bottoms. The fabric is polyester and very hot and uncomfortable to wear. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$

Poor quality and would not refund

Dress was not as I expected. It looked cheap and did not fit. I had checked the return policy before I made purchase and saw I had 30 days.
Upon trying to return the item Cayred started saying they'd refund $8 of the $60 I paid and I could keep the item, eventually they went to $20. I don't trust them at this point to refund anything.

I never did receive my order placed in December

I tried to find out where my remaining order is #11276946. I received one sweater but not the one that I was really looking forward to. Online it says that I do not have any orders. I tried to talk with chat and they requested a credit card $5 refundable. Really! My credit card was declined. Apparently my bank needed to verify the $5 request. I makes me wonder if they have your company ear marked as a scam.
