This company was easy to arrange a boiler service with. Steve the gas service engineer came on time, he went through the whole boiler in detail ensuring it was functioning safely. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to give advice about all aspects of the boiler. Steve is a credit to his company, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company who needed a reliable and competent person to service their gas system.

Wilson take pride in their customer service, and all my inquiries were dealt with promptly. The heating engineer was courteous and efficient. My new boiler was installed to a high standard and all rubbish was removed when the job was completed.

Paul arrived on time despite the frosty morning and did an excellent job. His communications were excellent . He was a neat and tidy worker and went out of his way to ensure that doors were opened and closed quietly and that any disruption was kept to a minimum.

Contacted Wilson plumbing to remove an old boiler and refit a new one in the garage. They provided quotes and explained options clearly. They accommodated for us going away with a range of installation dates.

Ross & Nick installed the boiler. Excellent service throughout. Punctual, efficient working with all mess cleaned up after. Trustworthy enough to leave with house keys if you do need to go out. Would recommend to anyone looking to have boiler work done.

I was experiencing problems with my boiler recently which prevented me from having any heating or hot water. After ringing Wilson’s and explaining my situation (having a young child) they were able to send an engineer to assess the boiler the same day. Parts were fitted the following day and heating restored! Fantastic service, and very competitively priced.

Paul arrived bang on time and started the boiler service. He identified a problem with a worn seal, showed me the defective part, then asked if I wanted him to replace it straight away quoting me the price. As he carried spares on the van he replaced the worn seal and gave the boiler a clean bill of health.

I have used Wilson Plumbing & Heating for 12 years. They provide an estimate which turns out to be the same as the final bill. Ross has completed a complicated job for me uninstalling solar panels & putting in a new combi boiler with minimum disruption. I can recommend this firm.

This is the first time I have used Wilson Plumbing and heating. Craig came to survey our boiler that was failing. His advice and knowledge was excellent.
