They send other products without informing that the desired one does not exists

I ordered a product that turned out to be a completely different product upon receipt. I complained that they sent me the wrong item.
They made me believe that the return was OK, I even received confirmation, then charged me for shipping without informing me about it. In a way, they are trying to rip me off for their mistake. The shipping and return it should be on them because they've sent me the wrong item.
Not a great experience with them.....
