I received two dresses from Catchall—both are beautiful and very good quality. Highly recommend!

I ordered this dress on a whim while searching for a classic white dress for my save-the-date photos. Unfortunately, I didn’t research the website beforehand and trusted that the dress in the pictures would match what I received. Big mistake. The dress arrived two weeks later and was nothing like the photos—the fabric was cheap, the design was poorly made, and I quickly realized I had spent over $100 on something worse than what you’d find on Shein.

When I requested a return, they denied it but offered store credit instead. I reluctantly used it, only to be charged for shipping again. The second dress was just as bad—flimsy material, sloppy construction, and the bust padding on a size large was absurdly small, like it was made for an AA cup.

It’s obvious now that the pictures on their site are not theirs, and they’re charging hundreds of dollars for dresses that aren’t even worth a fraction of that. This is a total scam—don’t waste your money!

Very poor quality. Delivery of the item took insanely long. Purchased dress come with YUN express from china. Sizing is way of. Better to allocate your hard earned money somewhere else.

Really wonderful customer service and attention to customer satisfaction. Which goes a very long way these days! I ordered a dress which arrived very swiftly and exactly as depicted in the photos. Quality was really great. I must admit, I was a bit nervous but really loved the style & design so I took a chance. It was worth it. I used their measuring guide to make sure I was ordering the correct size but unfortunately, I didn't take into account that the fabric would provide a bit of stretch. They were kind enough to exchange my dress and they shipped it out the very next day. I couldn't be more satisfied and happy.

Great customer service! I had couple of issues and they resolved it immediately after I contacted them via email. Excellent return and exchange policy. They try quickly to manage and handle the problem.

I had an issue about the size of the dress and they sent me a new dress with the size I want for nothing!
They won me as a loyal customer!!!

NB: the measurements are accurate so check your own measurements against the ones given per size and do not go by guess work. For example I am UK 12/14 and I take Catchall XL

Very disappointed with the quality of the dresses. I picked on that looked amazing on the model and not to flatter myself but my body is very similar to hers. The quality of the fabric is so cheap and fit is disgraceful . The zipper quality is the worst in this story, the zipper broke while I was opening the dress to try it on!! Veeeeeery poor quality zipper and I don’t know what would have happened if they spent 2$ on a good quality zipper vs. 5cents!!! The second dress has not arrived yet but I don’t have anymore enthusiasm for its arrival anymore. JUST SAD and not low cost at all. But cheeeeeaply made

We finally received the ordered items from YUN express china with Catchall logo. More likely a drop shipping company, taking a good cut while ordering the items from china. Quality quite poor and taking their customers as a joke.

They offer no returns or exchanges of size. Whatever you purchase you have to keep! Insane!!

This store accepted my approved dress return and never issued my refund. Tracking confirms they received the item. No response to several emails when I requested they refund me even though they had been in contact to approve the return prior. Don’t waste your money on these cheap Chinese made dresses or this business with poor ethical values.

Very impressed and great quality products and fast shipment. Excellent customer service as well. Resolved the issues with my first order by providing a replacement order which was outstanding customer service. Thank you for valuing your customers and I will be shopping again with your store.

I received the package and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of my order! Although I need to exchange it for a different size, customer service has been extremely helpful in assisting me with the process and ensuring that the correct size will be delivered promptly.

I am very Happy with my first purchase at Catchall. I ordered 2 dresses. Both arrived well in time and the quality of workmanship is worth the price (Very pretty). Also the dress color and pattern both looks exactly how I saw it in the pictures on the website.
Only one thing to keep in mind is that every dress has a different sizing. So a piece of advice is that do not look at the standard size chart on the Catchall website. Look for the size of the particular dress that you want.
I made this mistake for one of my dress and when I wrote to the customer care team they were very supportive with quick responses and immediately offered to send me a new dress in a bigger size. I have never experienced such high standards of after sales service in my life earlier. Very impressive!!
