Such wonderful service from start to finish. Great customer service on the phone with great advice. Bought recliner chair for my mum and such a good price. I described what I was looking for, the superbly friendly staff guided me to similar items, and without prompting carried out small adjustments that I required. I then took the item home and completed it's transformation there. It was that successful that I went for a similar item a few days later. Great team.
