I am posting this review to document an unresolved issue with Casushi regarding a missing £200 withdrawal, which I personally viewed in my account on 19 November 2025 before it later disappeared from my transaction history.
I raised this with customer service, but the operator has since denied the withdrawal ever existed and refuses to acknowledge that the record was previously visible. I have repeatedly requested a proper investigation and escalation, but so far the responses have been slow, dismissive, and inconsistent with what I saw in my account.
For clarity:
A withdrawal I viewed in my account is now missing.
I was told “no transaction ever existed,” despite having seen it myself.
I have been asked to provide documents that are irrelevant to the core issue.
The operator’s explanation contradicts my own transaction experience.
My complaint has been open for days with no resolution.
I am now escalating this matter to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, and if necessary, to IBAS, as operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission are required to maintain accurate, immutable transaction records and handle disputes transparently.
This review is an accurate reflection of my experience.
I am placing it here solely to inform other players, and I ask that Casushi does not reply with a template response. Any reply should address the points raised with factual clarity rather than a generic “contact support” message, as my complaint is already active and being escalated internally.
