I am not too sure
I am not too sure. I have a withdrawal with this company that they have said has “failed”. They have advised it has been passed on to the relevant department to process but I am still waiting. The customer service are nice; but they said the processing department work 24/7… so I’m not sure why I STILL don’t have my funds. I’m fully verified and have withdrawn before.
This is my biggest withdrawal on the site, which is why I am skeptical I will receive it. I will return to update my review should I receive the funds in a timely manner (or at all).

Misleading scammers
Its been 4 days since i made a withdrawal and i still didn’t receive the funds i asked them a question saying tell me where it states that you guys dont process funds on weekends they told me in their terms and conditions it dont state that so basically you misleading customers and theres no transparency what so ever they tell me to use bank transfer as their apple pay dont work apparently so when i do every time theres a problem they even end the chat while u still talking how rude and unprofessional my problem hasn’t even been solved they tell me heres the transaction id check with ur bank i check with my bank they say its not from their side and obviously its the bank i believe them more than i believe you so basically you misleading customers and delaying payment as many time before i made a complaint and received straight away that shows that u controlling when to release funds and when not to its not just me every customer u have is leaving a bad review for not receiving funds i will be spamming u with bad reviews until i receive my funds and after that i will delete my account as you guys are misleading customers

I am still waiting my withdrawals, but Casumo team told me to upload my proof of address, proof of identity and bank account statement with Casumo deposits. I apploded my UK driver licence, my bank statement and council tax. I received an email said that rejected documents. It said my driving licence is blurry, of course all UK driver licence is a bit blurry because the picture is inside d circle. After taking my thousands of pounds, I withdrew around £200 they restricted my withdrawals. Not even my winnings. I deposited this money. It's hard for me to applod all of this documents because I have no printer. I asked Why you're doing this to me. They answered it is in their policy to check. But they are not checking, they wanted my bank account statement. Be careful playing this website, it's easy to deposit when you just open, but when you withdraw they will ask you a lot of required documents with your home address, bank account, ID, video picture. If I had known about Gamblrado earlier, I wouldn't have deposited any money here. The problem with Casumo are the poor RTPs and the fact that they don't have all the games. The bonuses are also poor.
