Very high quality furniture
Very high quality furniture, shipped quickly and arrived earlier than expected and packaged very securely. Some assembly required but material and craftsmanship was excellent. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Issue with a discontinued Table
Special shout out to Izzati and Bavani who went above and beyond helping me with an issue regarding a discontinued table I had purchased.

Excellent customer experience
Ordered a few items for my new home via Castlery. There were some hiccups with the order delivery. However, their operations team leaders (shoutout to Muhammad, Rani and Amirul) stepped in to resolve the issue, turning a bad experience into a great customer experience

I had such a wonderful experience working with Castlery, Farjana our sales manager and Presenna the Global Service Excellence Specialist .
Everyone was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process.
We had a few unexpected issues with the delivery and assembly of our furniture, and Presenna went above and beyond to help resolve everything. She always kept me updated, offered solutions, and made me feel that my concerns were truly being heard and taken care of. Even when things didn’t go exactly as planned, she made the whole experience so much easier and very positive.
I also want to mention how happy I am with Castlery in general. We recently furnished our house, and I ended up ordering almost everything from Castlery because I love their designs and quality so much — from our larger furniture pieces to smaller items and even the bed sheets, which are excellent quality!
The combination of beautiful, well-made products and exceptional customer service is why I continue to come back to Castlery.

I realized I ordered my sectional with…
I realized I ordered my sectional with a left-facing chaise, and it needed to be right-facing. I placed the order 2 months ago, so I was afraid I couldn't change it, but they took care of it immediately, and my shipping date was moved up as well. They went the extra step to get this corrected for me at no additional cost! The rep even did a follow-up email to ensure I got free shipping! FANTASTIC customer service helping me get this done. I cannot wait to receive the sofa and chair.
