I ordered a pair of shoes and unfortunately the fit was not great so I wrote to them for a return. The response was immediate, the process was straightforward and the refund prompt.
They lived up to their great service promise. Will recommend wholeheartedly.

First rate experience
Excellent service. The shoes were sent very quickly. Sadly they weren't quite right for me and I had to return them. Castleberg confirmed the refund in less than a day after receiving them back, a level of service that puts the big online retailer that I often use to shame. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castleberg and really hope to use them again in future.
