Made a deposit of 300 euros. Took the money from my bank account but the money never turned up in my casinoways acct. Have contacted them multiple times and have been told the relevant team are looking into it. This was Friday evening. The money has left my account and shows in the transactions on their side but still no help from them. Ill be reporting them for fraud. I wouldn't ever use them again.

Easy to deposit, if you want to withdraw you have to show driving licence, bank card(back and front (covering the 3 digits) and bank statement (showing casinoways transactions) I know some do ask for proof but surely the bank card I deposited on would be enough proof, I contacted them via live chat but they won't let any winnings go unless you provide all 3, unfortunately my details are worth more than the 900.00 winnings they are holding,
I'm really sad I joined them now😥😥 I really could do with the winnings

Just to clarify they use several different banks to except your deposit( which is why my bank closed my account due to fraud last activity. One of them from Zambia. Haha.

My favourite casino ! This is my second review as I feel this casino dosent get the credit it should ! I have never had any issue with being paid out and it’s always been within 48 hours business days as stated on their site it always clears same day if approved in the morning the only gripe I have is you can only withdraw €2000 a day so if you win big it sits in account and you risk cancelling it and gambling it but that’s on us gamblers not the casino ! I have won multiple times and I have been paid out every time without issues ! Customer service is fantastic and a great selection of games I never get booted out of live games because of poor connection either like at some other casinos I use ! Absolute scam of a site. Steer well clear. Had no problem depositing money but when I tried withdrawing my winnings it was impossible. I won 800 euro and every time I tried to withdraw it it kept getting returned to my account. And in the end I gambled all of it away.
