They are scammers

We are a VoIP Provider (007voip.com) worked with them a few years to offer their payment system to our customers. Suddenly we cant enter anymore on our merchant account and they stole money of 1 year acumulated of payments done from our customers. Take care they just steal your money and after they just ignore your emails. They should get punished and closed by the financial conduct authority and should block their website by ICANN.

Company is supposedly in liquidation so they are leaving for good, with my money being withheld and no way to obtain it; Almost a year ago, they had decided to change the login method constantly without warning: digits only PIN Codes, secret passwords, or alphanumeric login methods. When
inquiring closer I guessed they were keeping customers away from their accounts (and money).

The nail in the coffin that confirmed this was that they quickly banned all PC access to accounts, and made it smartphone only.

Secondly, I can no longer login to my account since the OTP to be sent to me phone never arrives. They have ruined their once shining reputation forever. Keep away from this lot of thieves -- hope they are proud of this stealing from the poor mindset of theirs.

SCAM: They keep the money of their own customers.

I have 4317 euros in my own Cashu account. I've been begging them for my money back for exactly 19 months. They tell me each time that this money cannot be returned because of "a technical problem". RUN AWAY !!!

They are definitely spammers,
They give mastercard service on their application we used it for months all was good, after they stop for weeks (they said upgrading) and they really came back and re-activate the service!
After that they stop for months with apologies, and came back again to collect more money and victims.

Now it is about one and half year, they frozen thousands of dollars into customers accounts, putting a silly auto reply and what ever you have in your account simply you can't use for years!!

Thieves, spammers..their android app now 1.5/5 rating.
I would give them zero stars if allowed.

They stopped crypto service suddenly stealing all invested money

Scam, Scam, The you are stealing money, and freeze it,
after that they are saying we have fixes issue since 2 years, and my money stuck

Doesn't deserve a star, scammers no need to explain why

We have stuck funds with CASHU since year and half and till now did not get any responce, we have agreed to push traffic to their gateway again, and they did not pay us for it, so all our settlements are pending.

Updates: I have written to them and since 1 week again no any answers!! CashU team Im waiting for your answer by email for finding of cooperation way.

hello, I am a journalist who is writing a report on CASHU company, and I wish if i can get in touch with all the complainers here to get more details about the problems they are facing

I started my account for online purchases.
I already lost more than 50% of my total to charges and now I cannot buy anything with the money that i have stuck there!
They have a f***ed up system with a CashU wallet and CashU credit card and complicated things.
In conclusion, i used to use the virtual credit card that they offer and now they stopped the service and my money is stuck in their "Wallet" and I cannot use it anymore

Poor company in customer service
Bad company in paying out to partners.

when you contact them they will reply you in 2 days by writing “we understand how frustrating and we're working on that”
then you receive nothing out of it.
I have about 45K USD stuck with them.
We requested withdrawal on 10 March and waited for 3 month with strong follow up but got nothing yet.

I have heard the news from many other partners about the same that they don’t payout.

We have sent many email to support at cashu.com but no response except auto generated ticket reply.
