The service is excellent!

The customer support has been phenomenal 99% of the time. The only problem I encountered was when I changed my banking instructions. Other than that the experience has been flawless.

The payment is too high cause if I had… TOO HIGH PAYMENT

The payment is too high cause if I had known that the payment on 2500.00 was going to be 800.00 I wouldn’t have gotten it cause I got a loan for 1500.00 from someone else and my payment is 108.00 this is insane I will NEVER GET A SECOND LOAN FROM YOU GUYS AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW NOT TO GET A LOAN FROM YALL AND IF THIS IS WHERE I SAY THANK YOU SORRY I DONT BECAUSE I AM ON A FIXED INCOME AND THIS IS NOT GOOD

I got fast approval.

I got fast approval and signed my paperwork all online. The interest rate is 285% but i needed to get some bills paid. Just make sure you read everything before you sign. Other than that my experience has been positive. They auto draft payments so i don't have to worry if a payment is late.

I am very disappointed in how the…

I am very disappointed in how the payback of this loan was handled. I borrowed the money thinking I would be given time to pay it back. I thought the notes would be lower but it was taken out in 3 payments.
Loan amount 1000.00.
345.45 (1)
269.04 (2)
375.33 (3)
1189.82 total paid back.
I would hope that this pays this loan out. I borrowed this money to help me out when I had a repair to do but paying it back put me in a bigger bind. Taking that much out to pay the loan back left me little funds to pay my personal bills for my household and auto loan & insurance. But now I can focus on getting myself caught back up from being behind through this experience.
