Bought a mobile phone case which came the next day - quicker than expected.

My previous protector smashed when I dropped the phone. The screen was intact so it did its job. I replaced it with an identical protector.

This is the 3rd Terrapin Huawei P30 Pro Rugged Shockproof Tough case from this site & only got 3 through my heavy handedness, not through cases being faulty.

Purchased a screen protector that cracked after a few days for no apparent reason.Disappointed in lack of response would expect a replacement or a refund.

I bought a samsung A21 case from this website, the quality is so below standard. Cannot switch my phone on, cannot adjust the volume, I cannot plug my earphone because there is no hole for the earphone. What a shame, I had to wait 3-4 days to get a rubbish case

Following on from issues with a cracked torn case and confirmation it would not be replaced I posted Feedback on Trustpilot. The company then agreed after discussion with Manager for a one time replacement and item would be posted that day.As I didn’t receive I recontacted Casehut. Today I have been told Manager saw my review and they decided not to send a replacement. At least customers should know the Company does read feedback. However the action they took on this occasion is neither professional nor appropriate.

I order a case from case hut around 12-18 months ago for my iPhone. The case arrived promptly and the quality of the item was amazing. I found the service provided by their staff was exceptional. (I did buy a very well known quality brand)

I would highly recommend purchasing from this company, but like anything you purchase, it is always worth doing research on the item you are buying.

I have changed my phone and will be looking to purchase my next case from these guys shortly.

Bought the full cover curved glass screen for my iPhone 7 Plus . Firstly it’s not curved and it’s not sticky . There’s a tube of ‘silicone’ in the box which I’m expected to pour over my phone screen for the protector to stick to !!!! No way am I pouring anything on my phone screen . There’s a ‘nanoscale light’ which I’m not sure the purpose of but it’s not British Standard and likely to catch fire .
It’s a useless item from start to finish. Obviously I had to open the packaging to find this out , then small print on the Case Hut website says screen protectors not returnable . Absolute con .

I recently bought a case for my new phone of the Internet from case hut.On receiving said case I was very impressed by the quality of the packaging around the case .The actual case was also very good quality.

Ordered 2 screen protectors, neither fit properly to my Samsung s9+.

Messaged then on fb to discuss the issue, they read the message and never replied.

Delivery was fast, however the product wasn't fit for purpose.
