If you want to get in touch with Cassepremio, don't bother. Tried emailing- no answer. No other way to contact them. When panels arrived they were supplied by a local company, then realised were the wrong ones, took a long time to get changed.

Awful company do not order from them
Awful company do not order from them. Have not received my item and haven’t heard anything from them after trying to contact them multiple times trying to get my money back from credit card company.

Don't use this company
Don't use this company. Not based in the UK and they don't have a customer service team. No delivery update or tracking info. Ignored my emails. Spent £200 on a tap which I have accepted simply isn't arriving. Will go through credit card company to try and claim money back.

User friendly website, smooth buying process and fast turnaround.
Would of liked a dispatch confirmatiom to know product was on its way but it didnt damage the overall experience.

Impossible to get hold of
Impossible to get hold of, won’t call back. Making promises, not kept.
I didn’t expect next day delivery as advertised but placed the order on 16th August and still waiting. After chasing I waited in for delivery over a week ago and nothing arrived. Now waiting for them to get back to me as promised last Thursday.
I just want my money back.
