We recently purchased the 3x6 pergola with the installation service, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

The installation team were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and worked incredibly efficiently. They completed the installation quickly, left everything clean and tidy, and were a pleasure to have at our home.

We were so impressed with the quality of the pergola and the service that we decided to purchase the 3x3 pergola as well. We installed this one ourselves, and the instructions were easy to follow, making it a straightforward job.

I recently purchased garden furniture from Casa Maria, and I am very pleased with the overall experience. Their website had exactly what we were looking for, and the furniture was offered at a fair price.

Casa Maria was transparent about the delivery timeframe and provided an estimated delivery date. Although the delivery took five days longer than originally estimated, they kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates. The furniture arrived on the revised delivery date as communicated, and the delivery person was friendly and professional.

This was my second purchase from Casa Maria, and I would happily buy from them again. I would definitely recommend Casa Maria to anyone looking for quality garden furniture and reliable customer service.

Delivery was on time and was kept informed of when they would arrive the products are really good quality if I had one moan it would be the cushions aren’t as soft as the garden set a bit hard

Still not received our pergola, it was due weeks ago, lack of communication to say when it will be delivered.
Update, phone call received to book in our delivery and installation with an apology for delay. Clear delivery details and thankfully only the following week.

I am not sure how they have so many stars on here. There is a defect with our garden furniture and we are not getting any response from them. Have tried emailing, filling their online form and using their online chat. Although I did manage to get hold of someone on the online chat and they said they could see my previous enquiry and the sales team would be in contact. But guess what, no reply. Going to start the process with the credit card firm next…

The bed was significantly lower than expected. Measurement was 3cm out. Photos showed the mattress sat higher than it would have done. Decided not to put together but put back in packaging to return and request a refund but was told we would have to pay for the return courier which would cost too much. This is against our consumer rights to a refund as the goods arent as described. Despite this we had to send a picture with the measurements and are awaiting a response from a warehouse manager. Meanwhile we are not being offered a collection or refund.

We ordered a dining table and it was delivered last 18th June 2026. The table is meant to be extendable on the center but this function is not possible as the wood in the middle that is supposed to extend the table doesn’t fit for it to be lifted up and the mechanisms is hitting the sides. We contacted Casa Maria via email and sent photos of the table when trying to extend and they said that they will give us a call last week. We’ve been sending them emails to chase but we are still waiting for their response up until now. We just hope that our concern will not be forgotten and someone can reach out to us and sort the problem. We don’t have any other means to reach them aside from email. We just expect the product that we paid for.

Communication before we placed the order was fantastic. However, when the 6x3 pergola came, one of the uprights was dented.

Also, the instructions didn’t apply to the system we were supplied with, so I had to work out how to assemble it on my own. No customer telephone support number, no link to a YouTube instruction video.

I emailed them back asking for urgent help, I am still waiting for a reply.

You can buy the exact same system from your garden centre probably cheaper. We are just very disappointed. I would warn against buying from these people. As soon as they have your money, you’ve no chance of even getting through to them. Good luck !!

I found the style of garden furniture I wanted then searched the internet to get the best deal, and Casa Maria were by far the best priced. I hadn’t heard of them before so I was a bit nervous about making such a big purchase, but I’m so glad I did. The garden set arrived within a few days and the delivery guys were helpful putting it exactly where I needed it. I’m a woman in my late 50s, and other than getting some help with the heavy table top, I built the rest myself. The furniture is really good quality, it looks great and is very comfortable. I won’t hesitate to buy from them in the future.

We are really happy with our garden furniture with the fire pit table and glass. Everything arrived in excellent condition and we have been enjoying it for a couple of months now. We were not home for our first delivery as I hadn’t seen the email telling us that our furniture was ready a lot earlier then we expected, I was not asked to pay an extra fee to reschedule as some have said. In fact I felt like they did everything they could to get it to us. I didn’t have any reason to contact customer service for so can only comment on how they communicate when trying to let us know they had been trying to deliver and they were really helpful. I was very nervous purchasing from here as hadn’t heard of them before but did review a lot first to be sure and it has paid off after our set from a previous big retailer fell apart after 2 years.
