I bought a yoga mat. It´s absolutely impossible to use . It slides, and you fall on it. I`m writing to customers support, but no one is replying. I didn't expect this. I was expecting much more.

Last year I discovered Casall when I visited Stockholm and passed by their beautiful shop. In my opinion the clothes are gorgeous and the fabric is such high quality. They fit totally great and have a very favourable shaping effect.
I washed my tights for many times and they still look great. Therefore, I ordered online new pieces. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery to Germany was also in due time. The returning process was also very easy. The customer service is speedy and answered directly after my request. I absolutely cannot connect to the bad valuations. I will definitely order there again and can recommend it a lot!

Speechless. I ordered a yoga mat and water bottle and paid £5 shipping fee. Apparently, the yoga mat was out of stock, so they sent one water bottle by UPS all the way to London. Well done.

Maybe you could have offered different colours of the same yoga mat???????

Awful customer service !!!!!! I had problem with onlineshop departement and its many days no one answered my email and phone calls!!!

Wish l could leave less than 1 star spent £80 inc postage on two sizes of gym gloves 14 days later no gloves, when l chased CS they write like UPS is from a parallel dimension they have no control over rather than a carrier then contracted to deliver they’re goods. Demanded refund no reply no gloves no refund what a shambles do go there.

HORRIBLE QUALITY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bought a fitness top. After washing 3-4 times, all the reflective applications came off and where hanging in just a few stiches. Contacted cusomer service on Facebook and received a reply 7 weeks later!!! Stay away from this brand that just doesn't take their customers seriously.
