I absolutely adore this bookshop. The entire place is wonderful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the books are truly unique.

I placed an order on their website, and after reviewing the order I noticed there was a mistake.
I contacted them immediately asking them to cancel the order so I can fix the mistake and place it again after what I was told that the order can not be cancelled even though it was placed 5 minutes ago.
After contacting them for days about it, I was told I could just refuse the order when it showed up to my doorstep and they would refund me after it was returned.
So the order showed up and thats exactly what I did. I refused delivery, and waited another 10 days for them to contact me about them receiving it back and making a refund.
They never made any contact, and today I checked my account in order to see that they refunded me only 89 out of 242 EUR I have paid for the order.

I have tried contacting them further, but every contact with them takes over a day to get a response, and they dont even bother reading what you sent, but they only provide a copy-paste response that has nothing to do with the original message.

The only option I'm left is to go to my bank and do a credit card chargeback for this order.

Hice un pedido en su sitio web y, después de revisarlo, noté que había un error.
Me comuniqué con ellos de inmediato para pedirles que cancelaran el pedido para poder corregir el error y volver a colocarlo después de lo que me dijeron que el pedido no se puede cancelar a pesar de que se realizó hace 5 minutos.
Después de comunicarme con ellos durante días al respecto, me dijeron que podía rechazar el pedido cuando llegara a mi puerta y que me reembolsarían el dinero una vez que lo devolvieran.
Entonces apareció la orden y eso es exactamente lo que hice. Rechacé la entrega y esperé otros 10 días para que se comunicaran conmigo para informarme de que lo recibirían y hacer un reembolso.
Nunca hicieron ningún contacto, y hoy revisé mi cuenta para ver que me reembolsaron solo 89 de los 242 EUR que pagué por el pedido.

He intentado contactarlos más, pero cada contacto con ellos toma un día para obtener una respuesta, y ni siquiera se molestan en leer lo que enviaste, pero solo brindan una respuesta de copiar y pegar que no tiene nada que ver con el mensaje original.

La única opción que me queda es ir a mi banco y hacer una devolución de cargo de la tarjeta de crédito para este pedido.

Tried ordered simple children books for school. On website it says: delivery in 2 days. In reality can be 2-3 months. Also not possible to change order online to speed up delivery of what is available. Better to order on Amazon.
Also support answers once a year.

The book arrived quickly. The service is always good. The price was reasonable.

There should be an automatic reminder to let you know that you have put more than one copy of the same book into your cart.

Friendly environment and great customer service. I always find whatever book I'm looking for. However, I recently changed my name legally. After changing the data on my online profile the information hasn't been updated in the store's data, since my previous name still pops up. I think that should be fixed.

Order placed online to receive books, was charged in full including transport. Wasn't provided on time tracking number for DHL, package destroyed with their confirmation (of course everyone got their money).
I don't have my order - no support from customer care.
