Great service and product! Amazing service from Anwar, highly recommended!!

Got a steel case leap chair where the cylinder starting sinking all the time after a couple of months. After some miscommunication. They were quick to send me a replacement as well as guidelines for how to install it.

Purchased a refurb HM Aeron office chair from Casa. V competitive price, and good communications provided by Casa. It takes a little longer to deliver but was easily worth it as the chair looked almost new at less than 1/3 price, good experience alround.

I came across Casacontracts.com when I was searching online for a Steelcase Leap chair.
Even though it was out of business hours, Anwar answered the phone and was very generous with his time. He took care to understand my requirements and talked me through their options of chairs. His knowledge of high end luxury chairs and their various aspects and features was very impressive. Anwar is a real expert and you can tell that he is passionate about his work.
What I really liked about Casa Contracts was their level of customer service and genuine desire to help and add value to our interaction; even though they did not have the chair I was looking for in stock, Anwar offered to advise me, in the event that I was able to source a second hand one for sale, on it's condition, configuration and market value. This level of customer service and business integrity is rare to find these days, and is why I am leaving this review.
I would have no hesitation recommending Casa Contracts to anyone looking for refurbished high spec office furniture at a fraction of the retail price.

I found Casa Contracts by googling for a Herman Miller Aeron chair. As soon as I saw their website, I knew they could deliver the ergonomic office equipment I need, at a fraction of the regular retail price. I had heart-warming, interesting conversations with Anwar who took the time to get to know me and my needs. His personal touch was fantastic, at a time of COVID confinement, when we all need empathy!
It did take a couple of weeks to finalise my order, but this was understandable, given the complications of confinement and, I believe, high demand for office products from people shifting to telework.
I received the products I ordered as promised, delivered by an incredibly friendly driver to my door in Brussels at exactly the agreed time.
Anwar then called me after I had installed my table and chair to thank me for my custom and ask if everything had turned out well.
This has truly been one of the best customer experiences I have had in years, delivered in a caring and personable way by professionals committed to customer satisfaction.
Hats off to Anwar and Casa Contracts. 7 stars!

Ordered via their website and the owner personally delivered the chair to me the next day during COVID-19 craziness. Not only that he offered to deliver something for me to a friend on his way.
