My experience with Carz4Less was disappointing, not because of the vehicle itself, but because of the after-sales service.
I reported a rattle within 24 hours of collecting the vehicle. Despite leaving numerous voicemail messages over several days, I received no response and eventually had to involve my finance company just to receive any communication from the dealership.
The dealership also agreed to collect the vehicle and provide a courtesy car, but failed to attend and failed to let me know that the arrangements had been cancelled. I spent a day waiting unnecessarily before having to contact them myself to find out what was happening.
As a result, I had to arrange my own Tesla inspection, requiring a 74-mile round trip, time away from work, and over two hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue that should have been dealt with by the dealership.
Whilst the dealership has agreed to reimburse the cost of replacing the wheel trims after Tesla identified them as the source of the noise, they have never acknowledged the poor level of communication, the inconvenience caused, or even offered a simple apology.
Buying a car is only part of the experience. Good after-sales service is just as important, and unfortunately my experience fell well below the standard I expected.
