This is a great idea. Get a quote, the more pictures the better. Accept quote, subject to a check on pick up. Arrange pick up time. Instant payment and the car is gone. How easy is that. It’s a good service and well run.

After the company maintained regular contact I was given plenty of warning and the collection truck arrived in good time where the driver removed the plates as we were unable to do that ourselves.
The payment was promptly made despite the obvious wear and tear condition of the car.
The whole experience was quick and easy and done very professionally.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Melbourne company. I followed their online process to get a quote, uploading photos of my car and providing all necessary details about its condition. I promptly received a quote of $495 and was asked to confirm if I was happy with it. After accepting, I got a call to arrange the pickup time and address. I took time off work to meet the driver, but when he arrived, he told me he couldn’t take the car due to its condition and wouldn’t pay the quoted amount.
When I called the office, they claimed they couldn’t see the photos I uploaded, blaming their outdated computer system. Yet, I had already received an email confirming they’d reviewed the photos and were happy to offer $495. The lack of organization and follow-through was extremely frustrating, and they offered no assistance to resolve the situation, even after I’d taken time off work for the pickup.
Recommendation:
To improve, I suggest the company update its computer systems to ensure staff can reliably view uploaded photos. Clear communication and an internal review process before confirming quotes would prevent situations like this. Also, having better coordination between office staff and drivers would ensure that customers don’t waste time or resources on unnecessary trips.

I was given a quote for $300, then an increase on the quote to $500. Then they offered further funds $300 to $800 by submitting further info. Which we did. They weren't able to pay the $800 due to the damage on the car, fair enough. So I accepted the quote for $500. Then they called to say they couldn't pay the $500 and wanted to reduce to $400. Very poor.
