I paid €99.95 for a jumper in Carrolls…
I paid €99.95 for a jumper in Carrolls O'Connell St. today and was appalled when the assistant asked if I wanted a bag....of course I needed a bag. Then I was asked if I wanted a paper bag for 30cent or another type for €2.
Surely if I'm buying a large item, I should expect it to be handed to me in a bag??
Is this a new penny-pinching policy to rip off tourists?
I'm so disappointed with this company.

As someone with a big heart for the UK & Ireland i finally find a good webshop who sell the real Irish Aran for a normal price, I've read some comments about the delivery that it took long but from my experience it was not that long, people need tho realize that it's deliverd with An post the national postservice from Ireland so that you will not receive your package the next dat is just the normal way off how it works.

Postage rip off
I ordered a brooch. I paid €9 delivery for it to be sent from Dublin to Carlow, which I thought was excessive. It arrived in a huge box with loads of protective padding. It was attached small cardboard presentation. This item could have been sent in a padded envelope or smaller box and perhaps not rip people off for postage.

First delivery was not complete
First delivery was not complete. We were waiting for the replacement of the missing items. Finally the goods arrived and got stuck in the post pickup box (DHL). No way to get it out as we had no delivery statement card in our mailbox. We need to wait until we were accepted as customer in the DHL App. Finally the time of storing the goods was overdue. The parts have been send back to Ireland. We are really angry. No solution from anyone.
