I have 2 year old Yaris Cross Hybrid that wouldn't start this morning due to a flat battery.
My RAC cover didn't have Home Start so they wanted £161 to come out. A neighbour tried to restart using a powerpack, my son came with jump cables but neither worked. Mechanic from Carrols came and had me sorted in 5 minutes after a false start. Turns out you need to put the earth cable to a specific bolt in front of the fuse unit rather than car frame. I know for next time.
Great company very reasonable price at only £80 and friendly helpful mechanic. Came within the hour as promised and got me running again in minutes. Thank you.

Needed a car transporting from home to dealership and was provided with a first class service. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and efficient, kept informed at all times and always felt that there wasn’t going to be a problem. Well recommended.

Prompt and careful with my car?
I was getting stressed as RAC and AA were letting me down, but this service came to my rescue, would probably use them again if in similar circumstances, price comparable with other quotes!

Excellent service when my car needed a pickup. I couldn't get through first time but they quickly rang me back and promised a driver between a set time. Driver actually arrived 20 minutes early and got me to the garage of my choice. Would highly recommend.

Down to earth northeast company, very helpful is an understatement. I was late collecting a trailer I booked this wasn’t a problem, I was concerned about getting the trailer back on time ( 24 hours), not a problem just ring us and keep us updated we will sort something out was the reply. We did a 600 mile round trip without a problem and back on time. A great no fuss company and professional , big thumbs up from us.

I hired a car trailer from Carrolls yesterday and was very pleased with the whole process. Booking the trailer online was very simple and the collection, very professional, friendly and quick. The trailer did everything I needed and the straps and winch were explained clearly. I would totally recommend this company.

so they saved the day just picked up my new car and a brake pipe burst but thanks to Jason i was soon home with my car he was very friendly and professional got the job done
