I bought a Carpisa purse & wallet at the outlet in
Venice. Both the wallet and purse are starting to peel. Nothing ever lasts with this company. I am in Toronto Canada and have no way of returning the items. Please do not buy any of their products. It's garabage.

Poor products and even worse, no service on the complaint.After 14 days after purchase, I broke my leather handbag ring to the strap. They refer me to the return form, where it says me can not be returned.This is such a problem send a ring?

Awful! The wheel corner smashed on its second outing and the case is unusable. Carpisa couldn't care less. 'It is not a manufacturing fault' was continually repeated.No help offered. It was €90 wasted!

Wheels on the €60 small “Royal super light” suitcase I bought in Matera are so loud I’m embarrassed to use it. Took it back next day and they showed me the €65 model with “silent” wheels; they refused to exchange it. No mention of the silent option when I flushed the initial €60 down the tubes. Thanks Carpisa.

I have a big suitcase from Carpisa. I have it for 5 years and everything is fine with it. Nothing is broken or something, so the quality is very good!

Poor quality, worse service. Wheel broke on third use and their “customer service” (for want of a better word) team obviously don’t know how to put on the new ones, as their only advice is to take the case to my nearest shop. I pointed out that my nearest shop is in another country, but that didn’t faze them, they just repeated the advice.... I suppose that I should have taken the fact that they included a pair of replacement wheels as a warning rather than a bonus.

Very disappointed by Carpisa! I bought a new handbag in December and a few screws came off between February and April. I wrote to Carpisa to get replacement screws, but they wrote back that they could only offer me free shippment on a new purchase and would not send me any replacement parts. Very disappointing! I won't buy from Carpisa again.

I was keen on the colour and the set up in the backpack handbag and thought it would be great for daily use. Within three week the main zipper had broken. Bought in Malta and now back in Australia I have no choice but to pay to have it fixed.
It was very expensive so it’s not good enough. Try Charles and Keith who have fabulous bags and I have never had any problems with them.

Shocking service from carpisa.it website. My sister and I each bought three pieces of luggage (trolley set) from their website. We got them through two separate purchases on two separate days, and they were both delivered to Mantova in Italy instead of Malta (a different country) - interesting to note that they have Malta as a country option for their website - so we bought them from the "Malta website". We contacted them as soon as we saw the tracking showing as delivered in Mantova - they took their time to reply and when they did, they just used the same exact replies for both. Felt like we were talking to a robot. They told us they were delivered to one of their warehouses and yet they said my sister's colour was now out of stock. They gave us both refunds immediately, but we are still NOT SERVED :/ While my colour was still in stock, I wasn't really keen on re-ordering and going through the same ordeal given that it took a few weeks to solve.
