had a car on finance off him and he forgot to tell me that the car been in an accident and brought it down in the night tried to lie saying he didnt know about it after collecting the car he admitted he knew it was wrote off had my deposit back because i payed him the deposit for the car because the finance company didnt pay him nothing so either he come and got a car or i have a cheap bang around STAY AWAY

The car outlet Bradford stay away stay away...the person running it ali raq....changes the goal posts and to his benefit...never ever give him a deposit...because he won't give it back...he doesn't care about the customer...just 2 make money...and rip the customer off...think twice about buying from him..
And if he doesn't get his way...he bullies and Threatens u...a nasty horrible human being...

Stay away a month after buying a car from ali rafiq from Bradford... I had an accident with my kids in it... My brakes failed amd i ended up... In the bushes... And he didn't even... Refund me my deposit... As he became horrible and nasty especially my family... He is not 2 b trusted...

I bought a Vauxhall Vivaro Life Ultimate from The Car Outlet, and it’s been a disaster. The vehicle’s range was far below what was advertised, the mileage was nearly 900 miles higher than stated, and I was overcharged by £1,000. To top it off, they ignore all my emails when I try to address these issues. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Car outlet UK Dartford - Terrible experience with this company. Bought 2020 Ford Tourneo Connect in December 2023 for transporting children with special needs, on the way home (From the Republic of Ireland) after purchasing the vehicle the engine management light came on at 100miles North of London. Contacted the company and they told me to continue driving the vehicle back to Ireland and they would sort out any issues with the car.. We are now at the end of April and this is the 6th time the vehicle has been with the main Ford dealer in Ireland. The vehicle has had a range of different error codes from exhaust issues to engine problems. Dealing with a guy in the caroutlet going by the name of ASH his real name been Arthur .. not sure why they give false names… Ash/Arthur was ok to deal with at the start but he turned nasty when I asked if they were going to reimburse me for the costs €2,300. They gave me €1500 in the end after I threatened small claims court. Currently I’m out of pocket nearly €1500 at the moment and different error codes are still appearing.. This is a terrible company and would not recommend. Buyer be ware.. The cars are not checked mechanically and seem to be all bought in Auctions..

The guys running the company couldn't have been more helpful. They answered all our questions & did all the paperwork for us.
Can't answer about home delivery as we collected our vehicle from the garage.
We would recommend then with no hesitation.

Wow, I remember my second car that I bought here. It was great to have service with recommendations, but I think I've chosen the wrong one car. At all, it's okay.

Having just purchased our 2nd car from Lia at car outlet, I have to say the service is first class! We have dealt with Lia on both occasions from the UK for our Spanish car that we leave abroad and the service flows smoothly. All the paperwork etc is dealt with which is a huge advantage when not there. We won’t go anywhere else for future purchases. They have shown that not only can they give amazing service at the purchase, most importantly they give outstanding aftercare service. Thank Lia and thank you car outlet for everything. I got paid last night, ready to go in and pay my car note at 10am, been through hardship since February but wake up to getting my car repo lol well if they couldn't wait one day, for being a month behind and owe $200 prior to that, well they can keep the car I will use my cash to buy another... Instead of trying to work with you they actually ???? you over.. I'm very upset that I'm paying $24,000 for a $5,000 car but yes my mistake and that's the past, but after paying so many years, 3years to be exact, and you go and do this to a person it's just not right, I'm pretty sure to get my car back I might just be paying double my car note after all the charges you will charge for getting it repo in the 1st place , so what kind help are you guys trying give out to me.. I sware I'm so upset now just a few hours away to pay them and 4am repo WOW.... I CAN'T BELIEVE IT... Great service is a must everywhere that's how they get u in Everytime... Like I said my mistake but with one income and trying to make ends meet, and still with all my strength to keep going on paying this car note CAR OUTLET/TOTAL FINANCE INSTEAD OF HELPING PEOPLE IN NEED YOU JUST PUSHED ME BACK IN THE HOLE THANKS ALOT....

Haven’t had my car for 2 weeks and it’s in he repair shop now it’s ben almost 2 weeks I ben waitin to get my car back ! Struggling to get to work this service sucks first car note have not even came up yet and I already went 2 weeks with out my car

Appauling customer service we rang up a few days ago querying about a vehicle and I put a deposit down wasn't told until after I'd done that that there was also a £50 admin fee to be paid so I was like ok to then be told they don't have any warranty on there cars and I had too pay an extra £200 for warranty after thinking about it for a while i decides i couldn't afford the warranty price and didn't want too risk buying a car with no warranty at all so we rang up to ask for our deposit which they have now decides is non refundable they never said anything about non refundable and it doesn't state it on there website at all so after I argues my case they ask for proof I paid it to them so I sent it them to which there now making other excuses so I've rang citizens advice and I'm putting in a small claims court form today absolutely shocking business and I wouldn't recommend anybody buying off this company at all!
