YES THEY TAKE OUT MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!! I didn’t authorize this payment. They called me tried to get me to take this service of some kind. I told them NO!! Like 10 times for this. They go ahead and take it out of my account. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! They won’t exchange your item. They will refund your money. Yeah AFTER they take out shipping charges. So the 15.00 they needed to Put back in my account. They deposited 6 dollars. Then stole money from my account.

Yesterday I received the two sets of sheets I had ordered. I didn't expect luxurious sheets for that price but I didn't expect shoddy work either. I had to cut a fist full of threads from each seam. One pillow case had an incomplete seam that I had to sew myself! One can only imagine the child labor that created this mess. Shame on you. I think a call to the BBB is in line in light of other reviews to protect myself from unexpected charges to my account. It better not happen.

Ordered a gift for my wife and they put me on a recurring monthly charge for some type of service that I never knew about until I caught it through my card services 6 months later. underhanded company. They probably make millions doing this.

update: raised one star... after contacting the company and making a complaint, I asked for cancellation and refund. They have promised to issue the refund and should be back in my account soon. if it does not make it into my account I will report back here.

I placed a Order with Carol wright, on 2 house dresses, It took forever for them too arrive......I usually wear a 2x, but like them alittle big, so I ordered a 3x....These are a joke for sizes, When this is washed I may never be able to wear them again, They are very short!!....I would send them back and get my money back if it was that easy......Very Disappointed !! Placed an order on June 8. Items are available, but order is still "in process" and has not been filled. Sent e-mail to customer service but got no response. Did an online chat with customer service. Was told that because of the virus orders were being delayed 2+ weeks as stated on the banner on the website. There is no banner on the website about delays. If there had been I would have ordered from somewhere else. Also never got a confirmation e-mail. I will never order from this company again.

Horrible company ever. ordered a product May 30th. Then things started going downhill. Thought it was odd that I NEVER GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL of my order after i placed it. Ship status stayed on N/A. i called customer service on June 5th asking what the status of the order was. was told shipping would take another 3-4 weeks. forget it. cancelled order & asked was I going to get a confirmation email stating the order was cancelled at least. he said yes. i did not receive anything or refund. had to call bank for a chargeback. ridiculous.

They stole money out of my account 3 times after I had already paid for my order , when I called them to ask about why they were going back taking money out of my account , they said the first payment was the assessment and it would drop back in my account , it never did !! I placed a order in April ,they went back in my account ,,3 times in May , causing each item I ordered to be paid for 3 times , and the order took a whole month to get to me , one item I ordered still has not came !!This is the worst retail company ever !! Do Not Order from Dr Lenords R Carol. Wright Gifts , they are a den of thrives , they steal from the costomers bank accounts ,and lie About it !! They went in my account at 4 in the morning , and at 3 am !! Stole my social security. Money for my bills

I mailed an order in 3 weeks ago and have not received it. I have questioned them 3 times now and no answers

I ordered 2 products. The one came in a reasonable time, but the 2nd product has been sitting in the warehouse for 2 or more weeks. I have called and emailed several times. When I call, they say it'll be shipped in the next day or 2, but the status never changes. I asked about canceling the order, they tell me I can't because it's already in the warehouse. When I email, I never get a response. Will NEVER shop from them again! Terrible service!

I have made several attempts to pay my bill on 2 sites dr leonards and Carol Wright and I keep getting a error or it just wouldn't accept my card so I decided to call it in an instead of the rep advising the business was closed he transfers the call so an automated voice can tell me complete waste of time that is why I scored them low

This company is rude. I placed an order and it took 2 weeks to respond to the order. One item was on back order. I went on line and cancelled the back order item. 2 weeks later I have a pending charge on my credit card. When I called the employee said there was nothing they could do. He refused to give me his name and let me talk with a supervisor. I would think twice before using this company.

I ordered shoes I understand things are slower then before I got a email saying they were on back order but would ship a week later the day came nothing I told them to cancel heard nothing sent 2 more cancel notices 4 days apart the last one came back saying can not cancel because they shipped this was 3weeks after I sent the first notice I still have the e mails customer service is no help either they do not know what there doing will never use again

Do not order from this company! I honestly didn't want to give them 1 star! Heaven forbid if you return an item and you think you're going to get most of your money back. I understand shipping costs but they kept 80% of my money! No wonder they've been in business over 40 years!

I tried to establish an online account and the customer service rep was so stupid that I told them to forget about the whole thing. I will not order from this company for any reason.

I was pleasantly surprised, to receive a check from an overpayment I made. This is a great company to order from. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. You have a customer for life!!!

I love this site and their merchandise. I have never had a complaint about them. Goods are good quality, returns are easy as pi. My only complaint is that they don't carry half sizes in shoes. I wear an 8.5M, but had to buy a 9M for toe room. The elastic across the instep of the Mary Jane shoe is loose, so I'll have to take it in or use an insert, but the shoes themselves are quality and comfortable.

Signed up for a 15% discount by giving them my cell phone number. A big mistake. They never gave me the 15% that was promised, and now they have my cell number and will certainly send me texts repeatedly. I should have checked their rating here before ordering. I haven't received my order yet, and hope there will be no further issues.

They are horrible and use a free shipping to sign you up for some perk crap, in which you have no idea your doing. Charging 14.95 a month for a free shipment on a one time order. .... its fraud.....thats what it is. Never never would i ever do this and now have to cancel a subscription i never agreed to. The best part is i cannot get into the account to close it. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE MISGUIDING THEIR CUSTOMERS....

DO NOT give them your card I did and have regretted it to stop them from helping themselves each week I am going to have to close my account be they take just a little no big deal right

Order was over $100.00. After not receiving any notifications reference the order, I reviewed my order online. It was at this time I noted the order was cancelled. When I contacted customer service I was notified my order could not be shipped to an APO. Huh? No where on their page/in the shipping info was it stated items could not be shipped to an APO. I contacted customer service again and was told my credit card was not approved. Huh? So I was given two different reasons as to why my order never shipped. Hard to believe the company could not contact me via email to inform me of the non-shipment. I must add there was nothing wrong with my credit card. This company was non-responsive to my concerns/questions. You can bet I will never do business with this firm and definitely not recommend anyone do business as well. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS POS COMPANY!
