Efficient Process - Great Price
Carole Nash provided a quote at 50% of last year's premium for a policy provided by Aviva. The interface to the online account management system is easy, can be done online on my PC without needing yet ANOTHER app on my phone.

AVOID!!
Been with the company for 2 years. Tried to change my car details and they’re wanting an additional £150 a year - rang to see if they could do it cheaper (given online quotes for other companies were roughly the same as what I’m paying now). No deal. £150 more. I asked how much to cancel - £64 (even though their live chat quoted just £50) - now I’ve had a demand for the full remaing amount - but at no point DID I AUTHORISE A CANCELLATION!! Be glad to move elsewhere. Customer service is awful

The RAC roadside assistance package…
The RAC roadside assistance package they offer is shocking - Dreadful experience....1st recovery was cancelled & no one told me, 2nd recovery agent arrived 21 hours after the breakdown. On the journey home, the recovery truck broke down & the RAC sent a 3rd recovery truck to the wrong destination!!!! I eventually got a taxi home & arrived home 32 hours after the breakdown at 2:30am. I have now been waiting for over 4 weeks for the recovery to be completed. I am constantly chasing them for an update & I have to wait for 30 minutes to get through to someone who tells me it will be delivered tomorrow!!!! It never gets delivered, no one ever updates me & we start all over again....like ground hog day!!! Its been over 4 weeks & I have now reported it to the police as stolen!!! Guess what the RAC said this morning...."it will be recovered this morning & I will get 2 updates before 12:00. Its 1:14pm & still no contact!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with, they never call you back & continually lie about when they will deliver it

Very friendly and helpful customer service representative, very reasonable renewal premium for the same cover as the previous year (it actually went down this year!), great communication and very easy to get in touch by phone without having to go through a range of options before actually speaking to someone.
