Thank you for the replacement boot liner received this morning for our Civic. As the photo shows, it’s a perfect fit!

It’s worth noting that the measure of a good company is NOT how they perform when things go well, BUT how well they do when mistakes happen. I have found that CarMats have provided prompt, civilised and excellent service!
I have ordered twice previously and had trouble free experiences. On this, the third occasion, the wrong boot mat was sent. I was able, free of charge and with very little hassle, to return the mat. I received the new (correct) mat within a week. I am delighted with the service andI have every confidence in ordering from them! Many thanks!

I ordered prestige mats. They do feel good quality and arrived within 3 days, but having recieved samples of some "standard" mats. I believe these £120 "prestige" mats are the same carpet as the £60 "main dealer" mats.

However, these just come with the guarantee that allow a "free" replacement should they wear through. Except it isn't free because its just twice the price.

Super deluxe is the same as home comfort just with a thicker base. These are the thickest carpets

I originally ordered mats with trims however, I changed my mind and called 2 days later to ask if I could change to no trims. This was agreed on the phone however, the mats arrived with trims. A quick telephone call and e-mail later and a new set of mats are on their way and told to keep the original mats for spares! Excellent customer service from Amy and the mats (with the trims) are top notch for the price and fit well in my 2020 Tiguan!

Poor quality and badly finished car mats. Not worth the money.

Very poor quality mats. Not even a year in and the driver mat need to be replaced even after paying extra for a padded mat.
Cheap mats from halfords lasted longer!

I ordered a Skoda Karoq boot liner and when it was delivered it didn't fit, turns out there are two different boot layouts for different karoq models!!
Amy on customer services was excellent, she investigated the issue and they got hold of my model karoq to make a new pattern within days. She kept me informed and was so helpful, lovely lady.
The new liner fits perfectly & I'm so happy with it.
Definitely would recommend them.

Do not enter any circumstances by anything from this company I ordered mats for a Vauxhall Insignia they don't fit they're too small I have sent the company photos show it that they are too small it is quite obvious not to the company then they're not having any of it it's a pretty I can't put photos on this site so you can all see hypothetic these carmatch really are and don't be fooled by that advert on tiktok then not of high quality they are poor quality that is a fact they are thin like paper and I put the expensive ones

I recieved my mats which when looking at the packaging i thought why so heavy.? Then i opened up the packaging and thank god these were my mats but inside my parcel i recieved someones else. Obviously this is for a christmas present so i recieved mine in time. But as i have someone elses i feel gutted for them..
If you are from wolverhampton and you can supply proof of full address and the writing on the mats then these are yours that i have.

Apart from the bungle of my parcel thank you. But more carefulness needs to be had so not to add 2 diffrent orders from 2 diffrent people in one parcel.

I’m not even from anywhere near the UK and I created an account just to post this review, each time I buy a car I order carpet mats from a British seller as here in the Far East drivers tend to favour rubber mats and I hate these, well the carpet mats I’ve just received are some of the plushest and definitely the best for the price by some measure as the last retailer I tried with this grade of carpet charges about 40% more! The quality of the stitching is top-notch with no loose threads or bits and there’s no unpleasant smell as well. Looks like I’ve found a new go-to retailer.

My MG HS PHEV wasn’t specifically listed as compatible for the boot mat I needed. However, after email discussions with CarMats UK I was assured they had the compatible mat pattern. I ordered and the mat arrived and is perfect. Thanks to Dan & Hellen at CarMats UK for your help with this, if you’ll just update the compatible models list for this mat I’ll happily give you 5 stars.

Look fantastic i bought a full set for my nissan qashqai and the mat for the driver which has buttons to secure it has failed buttons have come away from mat poor quality the other mats are ok

Bought rubber mats for my nissan qashqai 18 plate. Arrived after a few days after payment. Just a knock at the door mid morning.
Would be nice to have been e mailed they are on the way.
Fist impression is the are fitting well. Feel thick and heavy-duty. Only time will tell. Taking out other mats and replacing with these rubber ones. Build quality is good. Has a slight rubber smell but I think this will wear off over time. Already have a boot liner.

Placed an order for car mats and a boot mat. Car mats have arrived, but no boot mat. I've emailed and rang but just being ignored. Don't waste your money. Their customer service sucks. Have my money, but they have no conscious

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Ordered a full boot liner for my car. Had to chase delivery as the website delivery passed well by. I did get a response apologising claiming to be very busy and basically asking that I wait a further week. Eventually the liner arrived , but not as described! I ordered a liner that accommodated split rear seats, and got one that required all the rear seats to be reclined at the same time. I immediately sent an email to customer services asking how to rectify the issue, then 4 days later sent a second chasing email as my first was ignored. I received no reply from the second and am currently stuck with a liner that isn’t what I ordered more than a month later! I’m sure there will be good companies about that will provide goods as advertised, within the time they state they will deliver…..this isn’t one of them!

Please don't use ordered some mats elsewhere, heard nothing back, despite chasing them, said they would reimburse me and hadn't.

Give them enough time had to contact my credit card Company to claim it back poor performance.

Also unable to upload proof of document!!!!!!

I love their product! The car seat covers from this car accessories store fit perfectly in my car, and the quality is outstanding.

I needed to replace the cheap flimsy car mats which were in my Nissan Qashqai when I bought it. After researching the market and reading reviews I chose Car Mats UK tailor made heavy duty mats. They were quite expensive but I am very pleased with them as they fit perfectly and don't slip around or fold like less well made mats. They look good and protect the carpet well. The ordering process was simple with delivery updates. I can recommend these people.

Not what was advertised on website very miss leading to the image shown and disappointing for the money also costs to return items.
