I have been waiting since August 1st for someone to reply to me to get the support bracket on my Carlega replaced since mine broke off out of the blue while driving. A representative on instagram told me to email suport@ carlega.com, turns out this email has been deactivated. So I reached out to instagram to which they replied to send the email to help@ carlega.com. Ive been waiting for over 6 days and no one has emailed me back. Ive been messaging on instagram but they are no help just telling me to email. I have tried to file a formal complaint on the Portuguese Online Complaint System which hasn't been successful since there is a bug that won't let me complete it. Worst customer service ever.
