Purchased a 2018 Subaru Levorg from them, paid extra £150 for parcel shelf as missing arrived with 2….wheels had been swapped as the tyres changed brand…. Lots of damage to the car - did not accept liability or help to claim- paid for a engineers inspection to be advised you don’t get a report (that would have picked up on these issues and the faulty brakes) so if you do use them beware the insurance and inspection charges are a scam- also before purchasing beware they will send you vouchers etc and if you don’t use before purchase they will not honour there promises

I was very selective with the vehicle I purchased. While it took some time to find the perfect vehicle for my needs, a 2022 BMW 218i Tourer, my consultant, Jun, stayed engaged and patient throughout the process. After deliver follow up from Charlie was also top notch. I plan to use Car From Japan again in the future without hesitation.

I needed a reliable work truck, something that can do remodel work and hauling. I bought a nissan vanette with a 1 ton package, it literally has taken a ton down a highway with 3 dudes in the cab going 60. If you need a JDM, get from CarFromJapan. They helped the whole process and had all the paperwork ready for the DMV, they also are more than willing to answer any stupid questions you could have. I still keep the sticker on my JDM so people can just scan it and get started.

We highly recommend Cars From Japan. This was our first time importing, as well as buying a car without seeing it in person or driving it first. Gotta say, we were a little nervous, and we did it because they had the EXACT van with the best camper package already installed. Plus, we relied upon their great reviews. We would never be able to find a van this perfect for us in the USA.
The van arrived earlier than expected (yay!). The condition is better than the photos and greatly exceeded our expectations. It runs perfectly and ran great the second we drove out of the Port. It was in pristine condition, very clean throughout, and smelled good. It even has new tires! Thank you Ms. Jun and CFJ! We will take good care of this beauty and she will explore much of the US and Canada.

bit skeptical at first obviously only heard about this company from a youtube video and im someone is very wary about things but after couple of months of googling and research got in contact and palced a order all was easy and comminucation was brilliant recieved the truck in better condition than pictured customer service is brilliant would recommend will be dealing with them again
