Ordered an subwoofer from this Company. Tracking data was sent for me as the next day, but the delivery took longer than supposed. In any case that was not the sellers fault, but there were some strikes going on with the courier company.

Overall. Item was what it should have been and the sellers communication were ok.

They don’t have in stock shows 1.2 days but takes weeks.no respond to email. Very bad service

I've ordered and paid for a measurement microphone. When I've got this and tried it did not worked. I've send this back and they say that for them works fine.... so they decide to send it back to the manufacturer for more investigation and that i have to wait... because it took such a long time to resolve this problem i've asked to refund my money, but no answer...I will not buy anything from this store and also not advise anybody to buy from It...

Bough several expensive speakers. So far, so good. They arrived and they works as expected.
Ordered on wiring harness and they told me that it is on backorder. I ask them to cancel and they cancelled and refunded money fast as well.

Purchased a Shark Fin Antenna and an adapter from English site

The ATBB 3775.01 antenna that is hard to find at the moment, but was available here for a good price.
Arrived quickly from DE. Small issue with the adapter was sorted out by the very nice CS agent. Took a bit of time, but all good and just a simple packing error that can happen with any company.
