This was an unprofessional mess from day 1.
Came to do a chair assessment without showing a single chair.
When ordering I questioned casters and told no need. It's heavy as xxxx so does need them to move chair
When it showed up it didn't work. It had no paperwork and was giant mess
Several £1000s spent yet it barely functioned for a few weeks then broke.
I had to make Multiple calls as zero effective internal communication. Multiple dates given and missed before they finally picked up broken chair.
Utter silence while I chased to find out what was going on. Given some crap about holes repaired free of charge yet it had no holes in it when it left my house.
I have chase and chased and chased.
Told thr suplier is overhauling it. Only to be told more crap.

Thank you for speaking with me. I am sorry for the series of errors and for the time and energy this has taken from you.
You should have received a chair that worked exactly as intended from day one, with clear guidance, correct set-up, and straightforward communication. We did not deliver that. I also apologise for the lack of updates. We did not receive timely updates from the manufacturer during the repair process, but you still deserved clear communication from us, without having to chase.
I want to be clear about where we are now. The chair has continued to fault despite resets, collection, and return to the manufacturer. Given the ongoing issues and the experience you have had, I have decided that we will refund the funding body for the full cost of the chair. I am not comfortable with you receiving an “overhauled” chair after what has happened.
Next steps:
We will raise the refund back to the funding body and confirm to you in writing once it has been submitted.From today, I will be your single point of contact, so you do not have to repeat yourself or chase different people.
I also want to apologise for the basics that were missed, including the paperwork, warranty information, and clear product guidance. That should have been provided as standard.
Again, I am sorry. You should not have been put in this position.
