I would like to name a few very special people who have made our experience incredible the entire journey.
Christine who works on reception is so helpful, welcoming and just makes you smile as soon as you walk through the door. We love that she is the first person we see.
Every nurse we’ve seen for scans or telephone appointments, are just so attentive and wonderful.
Isabel who was so lovely for our last appointment.
And a special mention for Shina. The most incredible, caring, compassionate lady. We feel so lucky to have had her involved in our treatments. Always going above and beyond a thousand times over. You feel like you’re with a friend. She’s also been there since this clinic opened, but her passion clearly has never wavered. She is a blessing!!

Care Woking, kindness form staff
We are lucky enough to be expecting our first baby, thanks to Care Woking, and we are extremely grateful for the expertise that has helped us get to this point. The CARE app allowed for good communication throughout our treatment, and the modules really helped everything make sense for us.
We wanted to give a special thanks to a few members of the team.
Becky, from the embryology team, was so kind and patient in answering our many questions when we found ourselves in a somewhat unusual position. Her clarity and reassurance meant a great deal to us.
Rebecca really stood out throughout our treatment with her kindness, honesty, and genuine care. She managed to make us feel completely at ease and quickly gained my trust, which made procedures far less stressful. Watching her with other patients, it’s clear she treats everyone with the same level of compassion. We were incredibly lucky that Rebecca carried out the transfer for our successful embryo and then did our first scan too! We will never forget the difference she made during such a vulnerable time.

The team at Care fertility in London were fantastic from start to finish. We felt supported and informed throughout our journey and the treatment was excellent. Do not store your egss with this company!
Everything is such a mess and when I told them I wanted to transfer my egss out they suddenly pulled up an invoice from 2 years ago. This was after we had made sure to check that all balance was paid and that had been confirmed. I told them how unfair that was and they then withheld the transfer of my eggs to another clinic.
It is such a mess in there and when you try to change they will slowball the transfer. My other clinic tried to request the transfer but they purposefully 'overlooked' it for two weeks meaning everything got slowed down and I miss the cycle.
Such an unethical business Care Fertility is.

Compassionate, Professional, and Highly Recommended
My experience with My Care London has been exceptional from start to finish. From the administration team who are always responsive, supportive, and happy to answer any queries, to the warm welcome I receive every time I arrive at the clinic, I have consistently felt cared for and understood.
The professionalism of every member of staff, combined with the genuine compassion they show, has made what can often be a lonely and overwhelming journey feel incredibly positive, reassuring, and even exciting. Their level of care and support at every step has truly made all the difference.

Fantastic and caring experience at Care Woking
We had IVF treatment at Care Woking. We could not have asked for a better or more caring experience. Everyone was so understanding and helpful, and really responsive to our needs and worries. Incredible staff and facilities
We attended care fertility sheffield 5 years ago. Had all of our treatment there. Clerical staff are so friendly and helpful. Clinical staff are incredible. Our consultant made the experience personal and she was incredibly supportive and compassionate. The nurses are also amazing. Emma has been with us from the start to now. She is so kind, compassionate, caring, understanding, professional. I cant speak highly enough of Emma. Also the embryologists are incredible. The work they do is nothing less than miraculous. I highly recommend care Sheffield.
