Cardiff Stone Ltd

From our initial visit to the showroom to our final fitting Cardiff Stone were excellent. The range of product is unbeatable, Bas and his team installed our kitchen to perfection. The comments of visitors on our kitchen island justifies our choice. Thank you Cardiff Stone

Great service all round, from all staff, quick efficient and great communication, happy, shout out especially to, Bassel, Ahamd, Dyia, Jamal!

A special mention Abbie, who’s been absolutely excellent throughout and goes out of her way to make you feel special,

Thank you all for our great worktops!

We were recommended to use this company after our daughter used them in her home. My wife dealt with the showroom and was thoroughly impressed with the service. Their communication during the decision making process was second to none, all options were explored and explained. I dealt with the team who came to template the quartz worktops for new kitchen units and their professionalism really impressed me. The technician took his time asked me how I wanted the window sills and back splashes to be configured, explained how it would all be fitted and sealed and using thin plastic sheets templated the entire kitchen in a short time. He also ensured that any mess was cleared up. We highly recommend this company.

5***** - Spot on service from the moment I went through the door.

Jamal ensured budget was kept in mind and quality was achieved. Fitting was fast and smooth with a perfect finish. Will 100% be recommending this company to friends and family and will be using them with future projects. Thanks Jamal wish you and your team the very best, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
Sam

Highly recommended.

Mohammad and Ahmed built a bespoke wooden handmade kitchen for us. Their work is excellent and they had a good eye for the smallest details and were skilled in their fitting. They were organised and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
We also had a quartz worktop fitted which is absolutely beautiful and was fitted by Bassel and his team. Again their work was excellent and the overall finish is very high.
We would have appreciated better communication in the organisation of the work, by being informed when to expect work to be done and the time they would arrive. This caused a little frustration sometimes, but this was compensated for by how hard they worked when they were, the excellence of their work, and their meticulous clean-up afterwards. We appreciate the quality of their workmanship and the finish.

Diya and Ali from Cardiff Stone did a great job of installing my kitchen benchtop today. Very efficient and tidy workmen. Went extra mile to help.

We recently purchased Calacatta Gold quartz from Cardiff Stone for our kitchen island and worktops and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Communication was excellent right from the first email, with prompt and friendly responses that made us feel confident before even visiting the showroom. The showroom itself has a fantastic selection of stone and the team took their time helping us find the perfect match to complement our kitchen units and floor tiles.

One of the highlights was being able to visit the on-site workshop—it was fascinating to see how the stone is cut and prepared. Mark, who came to do the templating, was incredibly knowledgeable and offered really helpful advice, talking us through all the options. The owner was just as helpful and friendly, and it was clear they genuinely care about getting things just right.

This lovely family-run team made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, always happy to answer questions. The turnaround time from measuring to fitting was super quick and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

Highly recommend Cardiff Stone for quality, service, and a truly personal touch.
