This is the second time I have ordered from this website. As before hassle free and fast service.

Having ordered my Ogun card case, after only three days I had managed to dent it. Annoyed at this, I had contacted the cardholdershop HQ in Denmark and was attended to swiftly with my case after being returned, replaced. I am more than happy with the service and look forward to ordering more products for friends and family throughout this coming year.

Excellent card holder, very pleased with it....strong, very pretty, ..there IS a limit to how many cards you can put in so if you have a lot you may possibly need two of these of find another larger option. Great service and quick delivery, very happy.

I ordered a wallet on 16/10 and in still waiting one month later. I know it has to come to Australia but even so a month is excessive. What has really annoyed me though is that I have emailed customer service twice to ask where my wallet is and have had no response whatsoever. I'm hoping a bad review on here might finally get your attention.

I have just made my first purchase from cardholder shop, and was very disappointed with it and the service I received from customer service. on the web you get picture of the box, and it stated it comes in a gift box which it didn't come with one. When I complained they said, well It normally does come in a box but on this occasion it didn't. It came with little protection and when it came it was slightly damaged, they did say if I returned it they would send me another one out, and as it was for a Birthday present within the next two days, and it takes 5 to 7 days to receive another one I could not wait.
When I sent them a Email about that I never even received a reply, not even a discount or a box . I would not consider ordering from them again.

first time I got a Secrid Slim Wallet Card Holder Vintage Brown leather, been with me for a couple of months holding up. Thought I would get a backup wallet just in case it starts falling a part ... Got the Secrid Slim Wallet Cognac Reptile leather... leather is softer than the first but kinda looks fake ...
But Must say I am totally unhappy with the shipping !
I just received the second shipment 29th Sept ( ordered 30th August )
Although International shipping but informed it would take 5-7 work days !!!
I am sorry to say that will not be ordering again unless they offer an option for FEDEX trackable shipping.....sad

I would recommend this company, the goods were as described and the service was excellent.

You can't tell where you package is by looking at this tracking system, the status doesn't change for days as well, the presented information is confusing, e.g.
It says '23-9-2013: Parcel received in country of destination' and a few days later it says '25-9-2013: Parcel sent to country of destination'. Shouldn't these events go in reverse order?

Very pleased with this site - easy to use and my order was received within 4 days.

The item I ordered was great and cheaper than anywhere else, but delivery is just terrible. Paying £3 for a small wallet to be delivered and taking over a week to arrive is just unacceptable, nothing should take that long to be delivered especially when I am paying for it. Really unimpressed with this aspect of it. Ok it said on the email to expect 5 to 7 days work delivery but still I don't see why it needs to take that long whether they tell you or not (although this is after you have placed the order) in this day and age it's pretty poor to say the least.

while working in Denmark my friend showed me his new wallet card holder, i just had to have one so went to Cardholder in the UK and ordered a new wallet. It arrived swiftly and perfect order from the UK. This is the future of small wallets !!
