Originally quoted 1-2 weeks for a small chip in the centre of my top tube and one near my BB, I felt confident leaving my bike with them but quickly went downhill.

Took 6 weeks with no updates from them during the process, other than responding to my couple emails with “we’ll be finished next week” every time I asked for an update. And I gave them my cell if anything came up.

After they were done, they let me know they had issues sourcing paint (not sure why they weren't more upfront about this).

Asked them to repair two areas, they only did the easy one of the two on the top tube.

Worst of all they chose to paint the top tube plain white without asking… They said they couldn’t find a colour match and I guess didn’t care enough to let me know. They still charged me, but eventually agreed to give me $100 off.

I had my beloved 2022 Trek Domane SL5 crack on the downtube this past summer from an 160km cancer charity event. It was one thing to ride the event but it was another thing to realize it had a crack in it as a result of the event (I ran over a huge metal spike that caused a long 7" scratch on the downtube which ended up being a fracture).

I was recommended to Anthony by a local Trek Store in Aurora and now I see why this TREK store (that I've been going to for years) recommended Anthony to begin with. Communication was good knowing how busy Anthony was to begin with - eventually my frame got tested and he gave a FULL report on the test in itself which I thought was great. Then he proceeded with the repair for a fraction of the cost vs. utilizing my Trek warranty (which would've costed $2k+ for a new frame to begin with.) Once repaired, it was like new otherwise - you could hardly notice anything was there to begin with. Hands down, I'd recommended anybody to Anthony!

Repair to CF frame's rear seat stay failed after 2 months. Anthony refused to honour the warranty claiming it was sabotaged by a subsequent repaint shop. A creepy email to me was followed up by a aggressive/hysteric phone call. Turns out their attempted repair involved simply wrapping the stay with material and applying bondo. They didn't even remove the original paint which is unconscionable. I offered to come half way and get at least $500 back (to cover the cost of undoing this butchery). No response. As I found out (too late) these guys have the worst rep in the industry. Do not go here. I understand Cracked Carbon in London, Ont. is excellent and, ironically, 3/4 the price.

Last fall, I fell while riding up hill. The derailer broke off from the frame, the stay had a major crack in it and the frame was scratched. Within 10 days my bike was back, fully repaired and tested using carbon imaging technology. The staff at carbonworks painted the repair. This March I am taking my BMC to Palm Springs and the bike will last me a lifetime. Thank you Carbonworks.

My bike was damaged in an accident at the beginning of Sept 2023 when a car turned left in front of me and I swerved and ran into the back of a parked SUV. Carbonwork was recommended to me after taking my bike to 2 different shops - the cracks on the front fork were noticed by the first shop but they didn't have experience with repairing carbon fiber. Anthony performed a full scan of my entire bike to make sure there wasn't more damage than just the front fork and then repaired the cracks on the front fork. I received the bike back just before the holidays and the fork looks brand new - I couldn't believe how good it looked. My 2023 bike season was cut short because of the accident - I am definitely looking forward to the 2024 season. THANKS for everything!!!

This company has been in the industry for quite sometime and I certainly know why is that the case. They provide excellent, second to none service. They clearly know what they are doing and get the job done in the most timely and accurate manner. I never hesitate to drop by as the owner is very pleasant, knowledgeable and such a gentleman who always puts his clients' interests first. Amazing bang for your buck here that's for sure! Would recommend this well established company to anyone that I know. CarbonWork's touches are simply a work of art!!

At this point it's been like 2 years since I last heard about a spot, day or time & pricing on a carbon repair, which has already been "repaired" by yall.

Funny thing is the black paint has really not held up well at all, clear issues around the vent on my cf hood.

I'm just adding this because I really don't care anymore for a repair after waiting for 3 years. Sure covid bought a year of time, 2 if generous. 2023 is a 1/4 way done, and still nothing. As a customer I really don't think it's my duty to be chasing yall for a repair over the span of 3 years.

Funny thing is, easy composites have posted videos to learn from for a while now, on yt for free. Anyone with a little bit of spending money & willingness to learn can easily fix or make cf parts at this point. Which is how I made side skirts with very little upfront costs, in 2 years less time approximately than what yall have taken to repair a hood that was already repaired by yall.

Bike wise you probably do wonders, car parts wise, a total avoid unfortunately.

And yes the date is not accurate, actual date of last contact was Jul 23, 2021.

Repaired my carbon full suspension mountain bike. cracks at both the bottom bracket and the top tube shock pivot Great communication and fair price. Repaired bike has been ridden hard for a full season, everything is still in great shape. Highly recommended.

Anthony did a fantastic fix on the top tub of my hi-mod carbon Super Prestige CX bike. It included a detailed scan of whole frame to see if there were other areas compromised as well as regular communications during repair process. The finished product was excellent with a seamless finish. The bike has a new lease on life. So much better than having to buy a new frame. Thx.

CarbonWork repaired, painted and created new decals for my LOOK 695. The results exceeded my expectations! Don't tell the folks at LOOK but the frame looks better now than it did when it was new.

My 2007 Cervelo R3SL had lots of scratches and paint chips from heavy use. I sent Anthony some pictures on a Sunday evening and got a response within about 10 minutes with a quote for repair work.

The repair process involved checking the frame for cracks, and after identifying a crack, this was repaired. The frame was sanded down and repainted, new decals applied, and clear-coated.

At every stage Anthony e-mailed my pictures, and never proceeded without my approval.

The end result is a beautiful brand new looking frame and fork, and after building up the bike and riding it, I can say the frame is now dead quiet with no more creaking, and feels stiff and responsive again.

A very professional job by talented artisans, and highly recommended.

I have bought 2 computer mounts one for my 3T Stada and one for my BMC SLR 01. For the BMC, I have a mount for THM Frontale bars. The mounts are light, strong, and superbly designed. Great customer support to boot!

My 2014 Cervelo had seen better days and required carbon repair on the chainstay, bottom bracket and rear wheel well. Anthony and the team at Carbonwork preformed non-destructive testing and repaired the areas that needed it. I chose to have my bike custom painted instead of restored to its original paint. The paint was matte grey with gloss blue accents and decals. The paint turned out great and you cannot see the areas of repair.

Thank you Anthony! Carbonwork repaired a damaged chainstay on my road bike. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. Anthony was great at communicating the damage analysis and each step of the repair process. My bike looks great and I'm confidently back on the road.

I noticed two cracks in my carbon frame. Instead of buying a new bike, Anthony at CarbonWork fixed the bike and then helped me design a new look for the bike. Five star work! And far less expensive than getting a new frame.

The turnaround time was a bit longer than I expected, but Anthony kept me in the loop each step of the way. And again, the bike is now gorgeous. Saved money, kept a bike I loved and have a fresh look for 2021. What more could I ask for?

Had a crack in a tight spot in the rear triangle of my MTB and after getting some recommendations from the local MTB community on FB, took the bike to Anthony at Carbon Works. After determining that the triangle was in fact cracked and giving him the go ahead to fix it, he clearly spelled out the process and kept me fully aware of where he was at with regular updates and photos. At pickup of the bike, and after inspecting the work, I was very pleased with the outcome. Great workmanship and a happy customer. I hope I dont ever have to call him again, but would do so with confidence if did.

I had a a crack on the seat-tube of my MTB. I took it to Anthony who was very quick to respond and did an excellent job of communicating throughout the process. Got the bike back and it looks great!! Would definitely recommend Carbowork!
