Customer service was second to none, Arjun went above and beyond to assist us with a car sterio for our grandaughter.
Arjun suggested that we bring the car in the next day and he would take a look which we did. We were initially booked in for supply and fit Saturday but he managed to fit in in there and then. We were delighted as it was a gift for our grandaughters birthday. He really went out of his way for us and is a credit to the company.

I placed an order online the night before, but rang the next day to get delivery information from them, it was pointed out that the items ordered didn't go together and would not work, I was advised and offered alternative options and all this was completed and delivered to me the next day.
How many businesses offer this level of service nowadays.!!!!

Wanted the best possible setup for my Civic EP3 and saw the great videos from these guys on YouTube.
They were super helpful throughout, answered all my endless questions.

Honestly, it’s a premium service but it’s worth every penny I spent.
Cannot recommend these guys enough. If you’re thinking about any audio upgrades and don’t know where to start, just stop searching and go see these guys.

I ordered a stereo for my Jimney and it arrived promptly. I ended up going with one supplied from a garage so returned the unit and was quickly refunded once they had it back with no issues.

Our extremely old Clifford alarm and immobiliser key fob broke and Car Audio & Security really helped us sort this problem out as the original one was discontinued many years ago.
Purav managed to figure out what model of alarm/immobiliser we had as well as the part number for the fob. He then managed to find a new fob which could replace it, the programming instruction manual and a local centre which could programme it.
Thanks so much for all your help and attention to detail Purav. It was an excellent experience overall.

Best customer experience I’ve ever had!

I needed to replace a VW transporter radio and sent a message to CAS customer service asking for advice.

Their reply was amazing: incredibly quick; detailed (lots of links); and ultimately very clear and very helpful.

I ordered the unit I wanted and the necessary fitting kit and service was very prompt and I received everything within a day or so.

I live too far from CAS to get them to fit the unit so I did it myself. They’d advised it was pretty much plug and play and on the whole that was the case. Naturally there were a few niggles with this but CAS supported me right through the process and now the unit is fully operational.

Really outstanding service, thank you so much - I’d recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer.

I cannot recommend this company anymore highly, after the help they Gave me a few days ago with an alarm issue over the phone. I popped back today as has a good idea of the upgrades I wanted for my vehicle but just wanted to clarify with their expert knowledge.
Was met by the lovely Arjun who demonstrated my potential purchase in there excellent displays stands, but I was so blown away with some other components, I left with a load of Audison products to better my current Focal system of which they acknowledged sounded good already. Was no pushy sales, was all my choice & I came away a very happy customer. I will be deffo coming back & purchasing anything I need from these guys. 10/10, ignore the negative reviews as everyone there is extremely friendly & knowledgable.

All I wanted was a simply tracker and immobiliser. Was being shown on by the gent wearing the cap. He was then interrupted rudely by his other Asian colleague who then proceeded to sell me a full on alarm system with remote start which is not at all what I wanted when I said I didn’t want all that is attitude changed and felt like he didn’t want to serve me. I was happy with what the guy in the cap was selling me.

Phenomenal customer service from enquiry through to after service. I won't be going anywhere else from now on

I came into CAS last week to enquire about an audio build that i was wanting to do. I was met by a gentleman I belive Aaron was his name. After a small discussion I got a bad vibe from himself. He came across very arrogant and bit self absorbed and a result it's not a place I wish to come back to considering the cost of what I am wanting to do I don't wish to be spoken to or treated in this way and have as a result taken my buisness elsewhere. Its a real shame but I do pride myself on polite and well mannered people.

Have been having systems installed in my various cars for over 40 years now. CAS stand out in my opinion for a good and efficient service which is rare for car audio company’s. I would recommend an on-site visit rather than trying to do it by phone if practical? Right from the start the guys in the vast well stocked shop were friendly and helpful guiding me through the new products and innovations since my last build over 10 years ago. I got to meet the installers who looked over the car and made suggestions to improve the fitting as well. The quote was competitive and realistic.The booked installation date was not changed and the fitting really superb! I got regular calls and emails from the CAS support team keeping me abreast of any minor fitting changes, so no surprise when picking up the car. The install took a week which was actually correct according to the quote. The guy who went over the car on collection was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patient. This is a professional company staffed with friendly people who know there business. I would unreservedly recommend them for an install. Couldn’t be happier. Many Thanks to all the team!

Excellent shop with friendly professional staff. Bought an alpine 815sub here yesterday, it was even price matched for me.Was well worth the drive to visit the store and look around, a great experience will shop here again.

I have inquired about an item with these guys and have ended up ordering it after I reconfirmed, twice, whether this item is available and can be delivered the next day. I was assured, twice, this to be the case. I have ordered 3-4 hours before the cut off of next day delivery. I have not received any emails or courtesy calls advising of tracking number or issues with the order. I had to call them a number of times (for them to answer the phone) only to then be told that the item was out of stock and would be coming from Europe - wasted a day waiting for a delivery that never happened and paid way over the odds for a delivery that hasn't happened - AVOID

Didn’t have what I ordered in stock , forgot to give me a refund , had to keep chasing it up for over a week

I had used Car sound security previously and chose a Ghost security system for my new vehicle this time ,the whole Experience was very professional from my first contact to excellent fitting and management of this system.A big thank you to Imran ,Chris and Richard so much so that I have booked an Apple play system to be fitted also to my new car I would have no hesitation in recommending this family business for all your motoring needs .

Brilliant service by the guys at car audio & security, especially Blade who went the extra mile. Helping us find all the correct wires and adapters for my import Honda Fit Rs checking all that was needed plus demonstrating the head units. Very pleased with our purchase of the Sony xav-ax5650. Everything works perfectly. Can’t recommend them highly enough
