Great Try at Home service
First up, the Try At Home service of Carat Lane is simply amazing. I was able to make an appointment for the same of Akshay Tritiya. Rabindra from CL was kind enough to visit us even amidst so many prior appointments. The took us through all our selected designs and patiently let us select them. Look forward to being a continuous customer of CL.

Misleading Advertising
The images do not match with the product received. Ordered a necklace and sent only a pendant. And they attach the bill and full pricing details to gift so the recipient is fully aware of the price - incredibly short-sighted. Disappointing experience. Will never buy from them again.

Make your moments memorable
I recently brought a ring from Caratlane for my sister's birthday. I had selected a design but wasn't sure in which store I will find it and I couldn't wait for online delivery. So with the help of Miss Neha I could easily get it on the same day as within minutes she find it in which store the ring is available in the size I was looking for. Thanks for making my occasion special. As without her help I won't be able to bring smile on my sister's face.
