Yes, OK, my Mazda wheels arrived in good time, direct from Mazda in Dartford, I think, included TPMS valves & centre caps, so hold fire on ordering extra.

They sent me a dog guard which is missing all of the fixings, so cannot be used. I contacted them immediately to inform them, they phoned me and said they would send on replacement fittings, which they haven't sent 4 weeks later. They've completely ignored all subsequent messages. I'm over £150 down and going to have to contact my bank for a chargeback, the first time I've ever had to do that. They are an absolute joke.

Bought genuine Ford Puma ST Line still guards cheaper than the main Ford dealer,happy with my purchase super fast delivery and excellent service and promt replies

Plus super fast delivery, Will definately buy again from them.

Placed an order on 14th December, received no confirmation so emailed to ask when the order should arrive. Received a prompt reply saying that it should be delivered that week.
After Christmas, it still hadn't replied and I hadn't heard anything. After chasing, I finally received a reply on January 4th saying that the warehouse had been closed so my order hadn't even been dispatched - no apology!
When I asked if at least the delivery could be refunded as compensation for being nearly a month late, I didn't get any reply at all.
Good product, but very poor customer service.

I have received my car & boot mats today and they are great. Only 1 suggestion. It would be great to receive an email confirmation about status of the order and tracking No when it shipped.

Bought and received by orders.
Was initially skeptical but I got my orders and all was great.

Trying to buy roof bars, tried all the usual sites but all out of stock, however the level of communication and willingness to help from this company has been excellent.

I only write reviews when credit is due.
This is the 2nd time I have used this company & I wasn’t disappointed.
The last time I used them was around 6 years ago buying some official Hyundai products. I thought I would give them a go again as they were so good previously.
Their price & delivery costs are the best around.
Again I had next day delivery. I would highly recommend them.
Yes you don’t get all the email responses you would normally get but I the confirmation email from the payment provider & then the delivery updates from parcel force so I am more than happy.

Had available original dealer products that are impossible/out of stock to order at main dealers, and at a lesser price too. In my case official Ford rubber mats, both front and rear, for Ford Focus 2015-2018

Delivery pricing and times reasonable.

Will be first port of call for additional car accessories.

Ordered roof bars which arrived promptly bur slightly damaged in transit. They replaced the part quickly with no quibbles. Good communications.

So, it's a bit strange leaving a 5 star review when I didn't manage to buy the part I need, however Andy could not have been more helpful in pointing me in the right direction so that I can hopefully find the part I am after. He didn't need to bother calling and spending time advising me, but he did and that is more than the help I have had from the dealer or any other company I have contacted. If this is a reflection of caraccessoriesplus's normal customer service then it bodes well for other customers.

Ordered some model specific car mats for my Hyundai.

Although there were some initial delays with delivery due to stock issues i personally found the guys here very helpful and they did all they could to get the product to me as quick as possible.

Once arrive i was and still am very happy with them, as described and excellent value for money.

Yes sometimes when you rang they didnt answer first time, but the accessories part of another bit of a larger business sometimes it may take a couple of calls, but again wont drop a star as in my experience they communicated well and were there to help and did.

Would reccommend and will buy again from them

Ordered a set of car mats for a Peugeot 3008, when the delivery arrived it was one mat for a 208. When you ring up no one answers and you are asked to leave a message but no one rings back, also sent an email but no reply. Not happy would not order from these again.

Placed my order paid my money and not received goods. Tried emailing and leaving messages as no one picks up but NO response.

Ordered a Ford alloy from these guys because of their competitive prices. Ignore all the bad reviews on here these guys are great, you don’t get any confirmation email or dispatch email but if you have any queries with the order just give them a bell, sometimes they don’t answer but just leave them a voicemail and they’ll call you back within 5 minutes. The gentleman explained to me on the phone that They ordered the alloy from Ford but there was a problem with the one ford sent so they were professional enough to order me another one. Overall it took 9 days to arrive from ordering which I think is reasonable

Ordered roof bars on Sunday morning, delivered on Wednesday, perfect service. Only suggestion for improvement would be an email when dispatched, so people don't panic and start believing some of the negative reviews!
