They are a totally real scam
Their file service is very bad
After 10 times of sending 1 file for my customer car
they don't answer me and they blocked me
And they charged me 140usd for stage 3

In my opinion, caracaltech team is doing a great job in helping people around the world to learn everything about the cars, thus enabling to work as a professional.

The support is, I would say, the best.
Before I bought my first course from caracaltech, I had several times long discussions with John, clearing my doubts by asking thousands of questions,
and he always replied to all my questions.
As they say: " there is always a room for some improvement", surely there are some improvements that can be made in the Caltech courses too, that I have already shared with John.

Overall I give 9 out of 10 marks.

I've purchased a few of their courses, they are very thorough and begginer friendly. The support team has been amazing so far. Very helpful, always responding on time, even on days off. Their 1 on 1 seshions are also a great help. Recommend 10\10!

Alex was VERY helpful in explaining and the live demo was excellent. Also created a map pack to show the areas and how to recognize specific sections/ characteristics of such map(s) in winols. 100% the best.

Personally, I think this is the best system and structure for file service and training ever.
