I purchased my first EV through car360 and traded in my old car. The experience was extremely easy. In fact, the service was so good and simple that my wife thinks it was too good to be true.

I did mess up handing over my V5 document (gave them an old addressed one by mistake) for my old car. However, they were more than understanding and the issue has now been resolved (my fault, not theirs).

I wanted to give special thanks to Ellie. She facilitated the whole process, was consistently friendly and very helpful.

I change my cars infrequently, but I would use them again and I would recommend to a friend.

Really great support from Spence, he answered all my questions and I never felt pushed into purchasing or upsold on anything I didn’t want. Super helpful info from John that delivered the car, he made sure I was happy and explained all the features of the car to me. Really, really, positive experience, really happy with the standard of the car it was really clean and just as described.

From the moment I was contacted by Spencer Duru, I knew he had every interest in getting me the car I wanted; even when we had a small hurdle, this was quickly resolved due to Spencer’s interest in doing everything he could to get the deal over the line. Absolutely nothing I can say that was negative about my experience from buying my first EV at Car360. It’s very likely that I’d be using them again in the future if/when I decide to purchase a new EV - but for now, I couldn’t be happier with how perfect my Q4 Etron is. Also to mention, the car was in an outstanding condition; also very clean.

It was my first time getting a car without physically seeing it beforehand.
I'd looked at a few cars at Car360 but as is usually the case with great deals you've got to strike fast otherwise someone else will beat you to it.
However I had Chance as my advisor & he was on hand to help in every way I needed making sure I knew about any new cars that had become a available & how much each car would cost including the extended warranty to put me at ease & trying to figure out the best deal possible and to accommodate me for the delivery.
Would highly recommend anyone looking for their new car to go to Car360 first.

So far brilliant. Was extremely sceptical about their selling model. But needn't be worried. Admittedly only had the car 1 day , but everything that was promised has been forfilled . I have bought.many cars in my time but this was the easiest by a country mile. Car was as described. PX non issues. Danveer was great and kept me informed . Credit to the business. Not pushy from the start. If you are sceptical like I was ..Don't be !

After spotting the car I was looking for on auto trader I was led onto the Car360 website. I found the website easy to navigate and it gave me all the information I needed and the confidence to ring up the company to enquire about the car. I got through to Harry who explained how the whole buying process worked and said that my old Fiesta could be taken in part exchange. I had intended to go to Car360’s premises to look at the vehicle (a 90 minute drive) but decided against it when Harry told me about their 7 day returns policy. A week later, after receiving and paying the invoice, my new car was delivered and my Fiesta taken away. The whole process went smoothly with Harry always ready to answer my questions and put my mind at rest. I’m very happy with my new electric car and would highly recommend Car360.

Very easy company to deal with, Friendly staff that don’t make you feel rushed into the purchase of your new car, would 100% use these guys again!

Great service from Car 360. Really helpful and everything was explained as I went along. Would defiantly recommend them if you are in the market for an electric vehicle.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I got the car I wanted, and it was delivered on time. The delivery chap explained all the features before he left which was valuable as this was our first electric car. The sales experience was also great - credit to Chance Lewis for his professionalism and patience.

My first time purchasing a car online and without seeing it… experience was good
Spoke with a sales agent who priced my part exchange on only what I told them .. good communication… Car delivered in a boxed truck and a true experience seeing it backed out for the first time .. John who delivered the car was the only human I saw from Car360 and what a great guy who took me through many functions and advise.. The only grime was the machine they used to buff the paint work was a bit noticeable.. All in all would definitely recommend Car360 .. Thanks Danny & crew

Good all round experience. Dealt with harry who was quick to respond to emails, courteous and helpful. Delivery excellent. Was shown all round car. Can’t fault them to be honest. Car was immaculate on delivery.

Excellent service, quick, easy, straightforward process and competitive pricing. I was initially a bit apprehensive about buying a nearly new car that I hadn't viewed but decided to go ahead and trust the process which I can honestly say has been stress free and very simple and the car is exactly as described. Chance who I have dealt with at Car360 clearly explained everything and also answered any questions I had. All the boring paperwork is done via email and signed elctronically so very easy and no pressure like can sometimes be experienced when buying a car from a dealership. On top of all this you have a 7 day return period if there's anything wrong with the car which gives you plenty of time to have a good look around and drive the car.
The delivery of the vehicle was on the day that I was originally given and I was contacted beforehand with a 1 hour slot and it was delivered on time by a friendly driver. I would definitely recommend Car360 if you are thinking of buying a nearly new car.

The EV3 I bought was excellent value - this was a really good price compared to other traders online and locally and continues to be (I've been checking for a couple of months).
The staff were easy to deal with and responded promptly to all enquiries.
As the car is bought unseen I would have liked a more transparent report - they advertise a 100-point mechanical and cosmetic inspection - the actual report for the car would have put my mind at rest (perhaps I should have asked for it).
The other improvement needed is the sharing of their bank details. If you're spending huge amounts of money online you need a better system than an attachment with account details - this was unnerving.
The delivery was well-organised and prompt and the car was delivered in perfect condition.
So, despite the small shortcomings mentioned, this is a very good company to deal with and CAR360 provides excellent value
