The timely response to the initial email sent aswell as the additional questions. Getting scammed was a big concern but Vida was very helpfull and reassuring that it was a real deal. Lastly the final product came out exacly as requested and even slightly better.

First off the website is very nicely put together and everything looks fantastic. Plus the prices are sensible. Now for the actual interaction..
I bought a ring and customized it. I got exactly what I ordered .. but it wasn’t what I wanted .. I had done several mistakes.
From then on Vida and her team did everything they could to alter the ring to my preferred likings, proposed suitable solutions and shipped it back and forth with great convenience.
Finally I got what I wanted with no extra charge.
This is the kind of after sales service companies should be proud of and praised for !

My fiancée loved it
The ring was beautiful and my fiancée loves it. It was difficult for me to find something affordable and ideal for what she wanted, even though the idea she had was relatively simple and minimalist (unlike many other women she didn’t care about the size or quality of the diamond; she wanted the salt-and-pepper coloring, and she wanted it small); and I researched everywhere. I tossed back and forth the idea of buying a loose stone and having it set into a premade setting, but I couldn’t find any settings that I liked enough anywhere else. In fact, I stumbled on Capuccine when I was putting together a Pinterest board of rings similar to ones that my fiancée had said she liked before—ones that were either out of my price range (these types of rings are trendy and the costs of precious metals are rising), or too “basic” (i wanted to get her something unique), or slightly too elaborate for her minimalist wishes (she wanted a dainty solitaire). I checked out Capuccine’s website as a part of my research and instantly knew that this was the jeweler I wanted to buy from.
So I did more research. In looking on the internet I found that there have been scammers pretending to be MinimalVS, one of Capuccine’s identities, so be careful and make sure you are ordering from the real website. The real Capuccine/MinimalVS can’t guarantee you will receive a quality product if you order from a scammer. Watch out for prices that are too good to be true and listings that might look stolen or phony. Ordering from the real site is so, so worth it—my fiancée is really happy with her ring and with her bezel-cut diamond. Its unique hexagonal shape is exactly what I wanted, there’s a beautiful amount of negative space in the setting design, and the gold is durable (we like 14k because it lasts), shiny, and of a nice color. The band was thin and delicate like she wanted. We’ve only had it for a couple of months but the cut of the diamond is obviously professionally done and we have had no issues with structural integrity; everything is symmetrical and pleasing to the eye.
The one thing I will say, as a word of advice to buyers, is not a bad thing at all, just a general note in case you have a partner who has sensory issues or compulsions or is just, as a rule, fidgety: a light, delicate ring will spin a little bit on your fiancée’s finger. If they are like my fiancée this may bother them and they may try to correct it constantly. This is not a design flaw or anything, and the movement will go away if you have a solid-fitting band under or on top of it as part of a matching set, or if you just pick out a heavier ring in the first place. This applies no matter where you get your jewelry from, not just with Capuccine. If Capuccine has a style your partner likes, I really think you can’t go wrong with them!
