I played for roughly 500 on slots, I’ve won 1019 euros and tried to withdraw the money. That’s where the problems have begun! I had to verify my identity which was very tough and then they said they couldn’t process my withdrawal due to my bank card. The same bank card they took the money from. They told me to withdraw the money in Bitcoin even though i told them it’s impossible.

They said I cannot withdraw the full balance as they need to do it 500 then apply for the further withdrawal. It’s now been 5 days and customer service still can’t seem to process my withdrawal! Don’t know why so many bad reviews but I’ve had a pleasant experience with Captain spin from depositing to withdrawal. Signed up on Wednesday and I guess I got electronically verified as no documents were requested from me as I received email today confirming my withdrawal has been processed. They removed 30$ from each amount my mother used to win. She tried contacting them several times to ask what those are. They made her waste her time, she had to call her banking institution + the company that provides the e-payments, they each told her that Capitaine Spin was the problem. Since she struggles with writting due to less "education", I tried contacting them, asking them to answer her question: "What are those 30$ about and who takes them?".
