I love my Halo. Handy - stand hidden in a corner of living room so no getting vacuum out of cupboard. No trailing cord to trip over. Suction good. Comfortable to hold. I’m 82 and find it easy and safe to use. Wouldn’t go back to a corded vacuum.

The vacuum was ordered and paid for in mid January and despite numerous phone calls and promises from Halo staff my vacuum cleaner had not arrived by 19th February. over 40 minutes on phone to customer services but sales line answered within 30 seconds Promises Promises but no cleaner. I sent two emails to Halo but again no response
Company clearly has a problem dont know what it is so cancelled the order and applied to my credit card to refund my £189.

I had one for 5 years, on the whole ok but the attachments were very difficult to get off to change up. It has just gone and I need another but reluctant to buy again unless it’s easier to interchange the attachments.

Purchased June 2025 & very satisfied with the performance. Unfortunately, the charger stopped working earlier this month so I emailed & then telephoned. Spoke to Cleo who was very pleasant & helpful & sent me a replacement under warranty which I received in less than a week. Was concerned when I saw so many bad reviews but to be fair my experience was excellent.

Received the vacuum about a week after I’d placed the order. I did email them re delivery and had a response the following day. When it arrived I unpacked it and tried it on carpet and hard floor and thought the suction was very good. However after 5 minutes my shoulder started to ache as it was heavier than I thought it would be. The handle wasn’t very comfortable and felt at the wrong angle. It also didn’t feel very well balanced. I immediately emailed hello@halo and capsule clean to ask for return information. I have now emailed them 4 times over the last 7 days and yet to hear anything back. According to their return policy they will arrange returns at their expense. I am annoyed that they have not acknowledged any of my emails. I was hoping that a newish innovative company would have a good grasp on the importance of customer service and acknowledge and act upon my reasonable request to return their product. Had customer service been better I would not have given them a 1 star review. I look forward to hearing their prompt response and returning the capsule for a full refund so that I can look elsewhere.
UPDATE… 7 days on, still no response. Have now sent it back at my expense and waiting for refund. Utterly appalling customer service. Wish I’d never bought it.
It’s now a month since I first emailed them to return the vacuum. STILL NO RESPONSE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DREADFUL COMPANY. Finally received a full refund. Such a shame a British company is so slow to deal with customer complaints and issue a refund. Hopefully they will sort customer service out as they need positive reviews not negative ones.

I place an order on 10th February 2026 not received it yet. Call to customer service on 13th February was in a queue for 3 1/2 hours. I eventually hung up sent an email no response as yet. If this company is advertising on such a magnitude they should have customer service reps to back them up when customers have an enquiry. I am just concerned that I have been scammed and they’ve taken my money.

Has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I have had issue with hoover, numerous email and messages to Halo not even one response from them.
Stay away from company.
If you do buy one use a credit card or PayPal or you will struggle to get money back.
Hoover it self is useless as only last 12 minutes on normal use and if you use boost you may get lucky with 5 mins use.
All in all stay away from them.

Absolutely atrocious customer service.
Again AVOID AT ALL COST.

I'm sure the hoover is as great as people are saying however their customer service is atrocious!!! All I need is a replacement charger they have taken the money 20th January but still no charger, 3 emails sent without response and nearly 2 hours on hold trying to speak to someone, Dysons customer service is second to none maybe they could learn from them !!! 😡😡😡

My Halo arrived a week ago - delay in delivery not too bad and I am happy with the performance of the vacuum cleaner. BUT the casing on the Hard Floor Roller was cracked. I have emailed - no response. I have telephoned - no reply. I have now emailed a second time. This is not good enough.

Ordered a Capsule X Bundle on 22 Jan and it arrived 10 Feb. Called twice to chase my order and (after 15 mins on hold each time) got through to a pleasant customer advisor. She said it was on its way but had been delayed due a warehouse issue. Next day was messaged by EVRI to say it was arriving. Big anti-climax to receive a small plastic bag with 20 x dust pouches ! Called again and the same advisor seemed confused as her order list showed my bundle had been delivered; she promised to call back with an update. She did call back and said the order had been re-assigned with a new number and would be a priority....and I could keep the extra dust pouches as a goodwill gesture. Two days later DPD reported a parcel was due and it finally arrived yesterday. First impression is positive. It seems well built and sturdy, works really well on carpets and battery time looks good so far. The bundle provides loads of extra bits (probably won't use some) but a spare battery would make more sense. I guess I'm in the 'worth the wait' camp and have everything crossed that it doesn't break down.

Non existant customer care. I purchased the Halo a couple of years ago - and whilst the product is 'ok' - a bit cumberson and has to be used on the 'power' mode which means the battery only lasts around 10 minutes. Whenever I've ordered additional items they take a VERY long time to ship / don't respond to emails and always seem to be having some kind of unexpected warehouse or shipping problem - which means it can take well over a month to receive your order - and in the meantime they don't respond to emails or messages - all in all a very disappointing experience and I wish I hadn't invested in this product in the first place.
After months of v frustrating customer service (ie non existent) my issue was finally resolved after contacting the CEO. I’ve therefore amended this review slightly - but until they sort out their delivery issues and respond to customers they will undoubtedly continue to get bad reviews. It’s a shame as the product is good …

On 17th November 2025 ordered The Capsule X PET MAX 2 Battery Bundle plus 2 packs of 10 dust pouches.
Still not received the extra battery pack and 2 packs of 10 dust pouches. Vacuum stopped working.
Emailed several times, no reply and telephoned several times but always busy, message saying all agents busy.
Claiming money back through my credit card company.

Such a shame this company is failing to honour its customers. I was very pleased with the product ( capsule X) initially. Bought 27th December 2025 via Amazon and it was delivered within days. Brush head blue connector clip broke end of last week. I have emailed twice via their customer contact form and heard nothing back. It shouldn’t be too difficult to send through a replacement part or acknowledge emails but like 90% of the reviews, it seems once the company have your money they have very little interest in ongoing service. I also think it’s very telling that not one of the reviews ( even the good ones ) get acknowledged, answered or explained. I guess these reviews are best used to warn off would be customers as the company itself doesn’t appear to be bothered by them.
A real shame. Very disappointed. Halo, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
