I’ve been working with CapsulCN for years now, and I can honestly say their customer support is really good. I’m based in Spain, and whenever there’s an issue with a machine or something needs adjusting, they’ve always been there to help. They respond quickly and always make sure everything gets sorted. While it's still early to comment on the machine's long-term performance, the overall buying experience has been very smooth. Great after sale service! Solved a technical issue with the capsule filling machine.

Product, communication and delivery were generally good, and I will order from them again. However, the specifications on the product we originally ordered were wrong, this was clarified but only well after ordering.

We received a quick response to our question about how to fix the problem with the label dispenser for bottle caps. The explanation along with pictures that have pointers as to which settings to change on the screen are very helpful. We find the company very responsive to our questions and we even received some new springs for our encapsulator at no cost. We are very satisfied with the service we have received following our purchase.

Maria from the after sales team is amazing. She’s very helpful. Anytime i have any questions regarding any of the machines I bought from them they are quick to reply and send over step by step instructions on how to solve the problem.

Not only are the machines pretty durable, but their customer support is top-notch. Getting a good machine is great, but if you do not have great customer support, it can be very difficult to maintain operations. With any issue I have, I am put into a group chat and they stick with me until the issue is fixed. Love it!

Bought new system fully customised POWDER SHAKER and air freight in.

CAPSULCN sent a new unit with bent flange.

Numerous reply from both Inna(Sales) and Maria (Service) which does not makes sense.

Blame their qualtiy control department.

Expecting customer to fix their issue and lot of ridiculous method that will not work as they stated system will shake and then come back to tell us that system will not have issue on the exact same method stated will have issue?!

check with profesional workshop on cost to repair it and they do not wanted to fork out the cost.
