Only 1 card sent but lost 2
If a person reports a card lost out of 2 ( 2 cards lost wallet )and you send a replacement why tell me that one card is OK to replace but not the other pointless in my eyes sending one but not the other,
I cannot phone as you keep saying by text and email as I am deaf and live on my own,
I will be paying off my cards and binning them im not being taken as a retard by you for doing the right thing,

Easy as One Two Three
I love having a Capital One credit card. It's probably the easiest account to deal with and handle. Their website is simple, clear and easy to navigate. Making a payment is so easy to do and I never miss a monthly payment as I always get an email to remind me.

Their a good company the only downside…
Their a good company the only downside is they won't increase your credit limit if you pay the balance in full every month.
The reason is because they can't charge you interest they only make money from the transactions you make using your card.
They want you to pay the minimum payment on time every month that way they can charge you interest.
