This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever! Do not hire from this company as they are scammers. They will purposely not check your car before taking it back from you and then tell you you have left an item and then charge you for it straight away before giving you a chance to return it or even warning you that they will charge you. They are COMPLETE SCAMNERS! Please do not trust this company. They are rude and do not care about their customers. They charged me £690 for a parcel shelf I left in my home from the car and because they didn’t check the car before taking it they literally charged me £690 straight away before giving me a chance to return it. When I took the parcel shelf back to them a few days later they refused to take it because they said they have ordered a new one anc this one belongs to me now because I’ve paid £690 for it. They have caused me so much distress that I haven’t been able to go back to work. I’ve lost £200 from my job because I had to leave my job to go to them to return the parcel shelf (a journey that took me 5hours) anc even then they refused to take it back and told me it’s not their problem and that I should take the matter up with their broker Natiowidehire who are even worse of a company because they did not help me at all to resolve the situation. Do not trust Nationwidehire either as they are a SCAM Car hire brokerage company. Both capital hire and Natiowidehire will charge you and not give you unecessarily a chance to fix the situation, do not care for customer care and I will am now forced to complain to the Ombudsman Service which deals with these matters.
